After 8 pcs moves, this was my final one! I only wish that all other CIFs were like this one! From the reception, all the way to final out folks were friendly and ready to help! Lord knows I had a lot of stuff and got in and out of there In 40 minutes flat. MR MORGAN is a super star that runs the place. He was going up and down the line between stations helping folks out. I just have never seen such a great crew in any of the other instalations I have been to! I just could not keep it to myself. had to share this experience because it is unheard of, a CIF facility that actually helps Soldiers in their process ? amazing! HANDS DOWN, SECOND TO NONE BLISS CIF KEEP IT UP FOLKS! You made my transition that much easier. Thank you!

Whom ever runs Station 4, (Male Wise). The IOTV station is very rude and unprofessional. The person whom was checking my IOTV was on the phone talking to someone else and had a disgusting attitude the whole time. It’s people like you who shouldn’t be providing service to us as Uniformed members.

0800 on 23 August 2022 … the two women in station 5 were extremely rude! Giving attitude and rolling their eyes at a soldier. If you don’t like working with soldiers, then get a different job!

As a veteran, it is nice to be able to shop at the commissary. The staff are courteous and respectful. You always feel welcomed when you enter. I can't say that about the food chains in El Paso.
