Great customer service on the phone. My friend and I rented a van so she could take me out when she flew in to visit. An employee was waiting for her with the van. She said he was very thorough when explaining how to strap in the wheelchair securely. We will be using Premier in the future and we would definitely recommend this company to others.

Valerie was a lifesaver! She worked so hard to help us make a very special Mother’s Day memory for my 86-year old mother. She was fabulous and so great to work with, as was Bob who met us early on a Saturday! Great place to do business with!!

I contacted This company for needed assistance with the process of renting and it was so easy and affordable I did the rental the next day. Rebekah and her staff have always been my go to for Accessible Van Rental. I get one every year for my Mother in Law to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas with both of our families.All aspects of my interaction with Premier have always been top notch. They truly care about the service they are providing and I appreciate their attention to detail. Vans are always clean and in great working condition from my experience.I will continue to be a Premier Accessible Van Rental customer as long as I need this type of transportation. I'm a double amputee so, getting in & out of vehicles is difficult for me. Renting a conversion vehicle helped me to see two of my kids graduate. I was also, was able to do family outings & enjoy other festivities. This weekend I will always cherish & remember the great time I had w/my family. I was in urgent need of a para transit van that I could use to take my mother from DFW airport to home. Premier Accessible Van rental worked out perfectly. The van dropoff person James met us at the baggage claim, helped us get Mom and six large suitcases all into the van, showed us everything on how to use it and then was back the next day at my home to pick up the van. Very friendly, courteous and professional. The van was in excellent shape with no problems at all.

This is our second time to rent a vehicle from Premier. We used the “delivery” option, and it was well worth the extra fee. Timely, friendly and simple reservation systems makes for an efficient service. Thank you, Premier for your excellent customer service. The van was clean, well maintained, and suited our needs.

I called to verify reservation on the way to the airport to find I didn't have one (my fault) Premier Accessible Van Rental had a van reservation for me by the time I was at the airport for depature. On arrival, they were promply there to drop off the van. I had to change my departure flight. It wasn't a problem at all to change the time to pick up the van. And the cost was very reasonable. This company was the easiest to work with. Thank you everyone.

I randomly selected Premier from an internet search looking for the nearest rental service to my location and I hit the jackpot! Premier more than satisfied my requirements at a price lower than their competition while providing a high quality van which was excellent in appearance and operation.
