If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager was rude, condescending and just a horrible human being. Practically yelled at us when asking a questions and told us to "get out of her store and never come back" She does NOT belong in retail.

Associates very helpful in selection of what I was looking for. They even went as far as giving me some very helpful suggestions and pointers on the care and maintenance of the habitat for my purchase. Will definitely be going to them again for any future pet needs.

Everyone here is always nice and helpful! Way more knowledgeable about what they sell than you'd expect retail to have and the groomers are awesome! Go Brandi! She groomed my Fritz and Hercules and they look great and we're so happy! I had to change dog food due to one being discontinued and I was a little nervous. after asking for help, the sales girl guided me to a new dog food she'd changed to for the same reason, provided her whys and what the ingredients were, giving me the information to make my decision. very helpful, and my furbaby transitioned with no issues.

Prices are higher than where I usually shop. Only have 2 aisles for cat food in that great big store. Didn't have a big selection of cat food They were stocked very well. Probably want be back. Will continue to shop online

I love this store. The staff is always so friendly. The bath area is great. It makes it so easy to bath my baby. Jessica is so super sweet and my little frenchie girl loves her. She always gives her lots of love. I work for Rover so I find a lot of good treats and food here.

The service was great and the servers were friendly. Regardless of the weight of my online order, the guy carried two 40lbs of dog food & 25lbs of kitty litter to the car with a smile. I was pleased!

Our first time at this location. The store was bright and clean. The staff was working hard stocking shelves and our cashier was fantastic. Everyone had a smile on their face and I left feeling better than when I went in. Kudos to the manager for a happy and engaged team!

I love this place!! We bought the wash your own dog package and have been in several times to wash both of our fur babies! All the staff are super helpful whether we are picking up food or treats or bringing in one of pups for a bath. I love that they offer to carry the big heavy bags of dog food for me to my car bc those are a pain in the butt to pick up and load. I also think it is nice how everyone who works there seems to really enjoy their job. Makes shopping & spending $50/bag of dog food more enjoyable.

The staff was really nice and very helpful. The cashier tried to help me find a particular type of dog food but i insisted it was not right. So then he got me a manager who was so helpful and showed me more options on tbe computer. She took time to help me search for it and then she helped me carry my food to the car. It was a big bag. Thank you for helping me. Keep up the good work and great customer service!
