“We highly recommend Animal Health Care Center! I used them many years ago for 2 of my dogs that needed surgery and they were wonderful… fast forward to now and my current dog and they have been the best match for us! After over $1,000 elsewhere with no answers we came in to see Dr Brown and not only have they finally diagnosed him correctly and got my guy to feeling more like himself they are so wonderful with him that he didn’t even get upset during his nail trim that he’s usually terrified about. “The Dr Azer and the beautiful Chandra plus the sweet staff are so excellent and COMPASSIONATE. In emergencies or check ups they're so good to all my Babies. My oldest Baby Girl, seventeen yr old, Ragdoll (like a daughter) had rapid weight loss, nose bleeds, and was lethargic. They saw her the same day and the very next day for 2 teeth extractions. She was already eating when she came home. She's feeling so much better now. I thank GOD for you!!!”

“Great experience. Dr. Jeff spent a lot of time talking to me about my cat issues and I also ask about my dog which I did not bring in. He had a funeral the next day, he called me right after to give my my cats test results. Then he followed up with us several times. The following week, I took my cat for a follow up and also brought my dog, who had a large tumor, he said that he could not preform the surgery there and referred me to 2 other vets. He did not charge me for that days visit. I wish I would of found this vet years ago. I have lived in the area over 25 years. I will continue to see this vet, Jeff R., as long as he is practicing. “I drove 2 hours to the nearest location and had my 7 very tiny 5lb each dogs get their rabies, 5 n 1 combo vaccine n kennel cough shots for $50 less than it cost to get just the rabies n 5 n 1 combo for just 2 dogs at my local low cost vet. They were super fast n no more crowded than a local vet definitely worth it”

“Thank you Dr. Absher! I called after I saw a post his grandfather put up about him saving her dog. I called and he spoke with me for quite a while giving me a lot of suggestions on what to do with my dog suffering from heart disease. My own vet wouldn't tell me anything only being her in. I wish we found you before we started dealing with our current vet. Even though Dr. Absher is on the other side of town from me I'll be going to him in the future with my next dog.”
“I am newer to the area and had yet to find a vet for my senior dog. She has a growth near her eye that she keeps tearing open, so I called Rendon Road Animal Clinic. The staff was friendly setting up the appointment. Initially, they explained they are 3 weeks out for new patients, but after nicely explaining my situation, they were able to get me in to be seen within 4 days. At my appointment time, there was no additional wait and we were brought back to a room right away. The vet was very friendly, realistic and knowledgeable. I typically dread bringing my anxious dog to the vet, but she warmed up to the vet right away, and even let her listen to her heartbeat (a true rarity). I have the removal procedure set up for a few weeks from now, but after my initial visit, I have full confidence in Rendon Rd Animal Clinic. The prices were very reasonable as well. I am happy to have found this place!”

“Agree with all the previous reviews. While the wait was a bit long they fit us in with our senior dog who was not eating well. They didn't rush through anything. Did the blood work while we were there so we could see results and get the medication needed. Dr. Jan is patient and kind with our pup and answered all my questions. While we know the end is closer then we want to admit she has prepared us and helped give us more time than we anticipated. Can't forget to mention the front office. super nice.”

“My two dogs and my cat come here for their primary vet! They staff are super friendly and my animals trust them, which makes me feel a lot better. They usually get us in pretty quick. They don’t carry speciality vaccines (rattlesnake, Lyme, lepto) but definitely a good place for anyone with companion animals with no need for the crazier vaccines!”

“It's hard for me to believe, but I've been going to The Cat's Meow for nearly 30 years! I had adopted a cat from the Humane Society and he had been neutered by and they recommended the Cat's Meow. I originally dealt with the original owner of the practice, and then later with Dr. Head, whom I assume bought out the practice. They took good care of Mr. Mac and I for 18 years, including his last several years when he had diabetes. There was an overlap of several years with my second kitty, Miss Molly. Miss Molly was with me 14 years and passed away last November from what we assume was a pancreatic cancer. During the second half of her life Dr. Loupe was her main caregiver and, again, both of us received excellent care! When it came time to end Miss Molly's suffering, Dr. Head and her crew were very sympathetic and helpful. I was a mess and Dr. Head asked me and then administered a hug which was very appreciated! I am retired cancer physician and can identify with the need for sympathy and support during these difficult kinds of times. After eight months, though I am blessed with two sweet feral/porch kitties, I think I may be ready for one more indoor feline furball in my life. If and when that time comes, the Cat's Meow is where I will go!”
