Over tighten lug nuts, I bought tires from this place now I need to remove the lug nuts. I can not due to them using an air gun that makes impossible to remove them with a lug wrench.

I have been coming here for approximately 10 years. They have performed maintenance on my 3 cars. Usually I am accompanied by my husband. Unfortunately this visit was different since he travelled for work. I went there alone. For the oil change we agreed on the charge and I went inside to pay. The guy at the register increased the price and I told him that’s not the right and I will not pay the new amount. The young worker says he agreed on the price because BLACk PEOPLE are cheap and he hates them. I was disappointed by this because this is a business I supported for so long. I will never go here again. Zero stars.

There they are stealing tires, buy a Chevrolet Cruz with new tires. A nail got into my tires and I went and they stole my tire, they changed it for an old one and they didn't want to put it back, they are thieves, yes.

I went to buy 2 brand new tires on a Friday morning at 8am as they instructed me to the day before. Sat outside and waited till 10am..no one arrived..left and cane back by 12pm and still no one there. Online it shows open and the employees instructed me to come back Friday morning..no one there. Went and purchased new tires at Big Boy Tires.
