They sold me three new tires. One of the tires kept going flat immediately after I bought it and drove around. they replaced the tire because I have warranty and then gave me another tire that was not installed on my car correctly. I had a tire blown out on the side of the freeway and had to pay for roadside. It also caused damage to my car and now I have to pay to get it fixed. I was informed of this by a manager at another Discount tire location in Arlington, who spoke with the manager in Forest Hill. Now I have to pay to get my car fixed because they didn’t install my tires properly. Do not shop at this location. Go somewhere else.

Discount Tires is hands down the standard when it comes to professional tire service.
Came in after having a blowout and was helped out immediately.
Isai was extremely helpful and even had some tires expedited to get me back on the road.

This place tried to charge me for a new tire knowingly it could have been patched. I saved 200+ dollars not listening to them. Thanks for nothing. I don’t recommend this place if you’re trying to save money!

Always have a positive experience when I visit a discount tire shop. After receiving a quote from a local spot that wants $750 for 4 new tires for my truck with "everything included" I decided to check with Discount as they generally have good pricing. Tires from them came in a good $200 less so it was an obvious choice for me. I booked an appointment and paid online then dropped off my truck about an hour before my actual appointment and despite being busy they knocked the job out in 45 minutes, which was still 15 minutes before my actual appointment. Will definitely keep coming back.

I don't know the young man's name that helped me today but I had excellent customer service. I read through the current reviews.
I feel very fortunate that I had such great service today. I sincerely hope there is a way to reward this young man. He was curtious, respectful and professional. The Forest Hill, TX location is very lucky to have this employee and most of all so are the customers Hopefully, there will be a reward for his great service.

I was there to pick up a tire/rim(and pay for) that the wife ordered there was only 3 people in there as customers I was in and out in less than 15 minutes

Waited almost 30 mins just to get my tire pressure checked!! ONLY car in line!! Workers just standing around watching! Ridiculous! Worst discount tire by far!
