Used this car wash for 5 years. I didn’t realize how good of a car wash this place was until I moved to Keller southlake area. No one here does as fine of a job. And there’s even a Kelo car here in Keller

I went to do full details which was 159 dollars. Which was included shampoo the seat but they wanted to charge me 15 dollar extra cause they thought my car needs more shampoo .thats ridiculous. There are many places with better quality of washing. Just for your information even covid can go away with normal soup and shampoo. You guys exaggerating about the situations.

This is now “Sludge’s car wash” and it’s not what I thought it was. I paid $60 for a full detail or their “dazzle dazzle” and got smudgy windows and half cleaned interior. Also, I sat inside for an hour and a half and never once didn’t anyone come in and say my car was ready. The owner or manager processed to argue with me saying he is the one who came in, but sure I’m wrong and like to waste my time I guess right? Awful professionalism and customer service. Fastest car wash around, I work with Uber full-time running my own business, and if you’re on the road six days out of the week this is the car wash for you!!I highly recommend the membership’s here.These people are a super nice, considerate, and care about their customers.Carlos the manager does a fantastic job.

This place is downright awful. They have absolutely no care for the guests or their things. First and last visit we were in the area thought we would try a new car wash. Had no idea how it works most car wash places have you drive in yourself so we went in with our key but our truck was still running. We had no ideas if we would continue with washing our vehicle there but wanted to check it out. Still had our tow hitch on and our bed cover open. Our intent was to find out cost and level of wash we would get and then go and fix the cover and take off hitch. By the time we were inside they took our vehicle without permission. My husband ran after the vehicle and had them stop the car wash so he could close up the bed cover as we had things in it that could not get WET. The VP Jeremy was yelling at him that he needed to get out of the tunnel wash. My husband tried to explain that the things in his vehicle could not get wet Jeremy basically said he didn't care and if he didn't move right then he would call the police. My husband said call them Jeremy lacked empathy or compassion for his guests. Save yourself the trouble and go to the wash across from racetrack on Edwards and 3040. Such a gross individual.

I was kind of surprised when I went here on Friday afternoon (about 2 o'clock). My wife asked me to have her car detailed. It was my first time here. The place seemed somewhat busy, but not crazy. I parked the car and went inside and was told, "You're supposed to get in one of the lines." I apologized and said it was my first time there. "A lady will come out to talk with you." I did as requested. A lady did come over and asked what level service I wanted. I told her that my wife had specifically requested their premium service. I was told "You can't get that today. We're too busy. You have to get the medium service. I said okay, and she put a post-it note on my window. Then she walked away. I sat there and another lady came over and said, "Your supposed to wait inside." (A bit annoyed I might add.) "Leave the keys in the car." Again I apologized and mentioned it was my first time there. I went in and paid. Sat down to wait. Total time in the place about 15 minutes. No line there when I left with the medium rather than the premium service. No "Thanks for coming in." No "come back soon." No "Don't forget, we'll wash it again for free if it rains in the next seven days!" (I learned that later.) The car was clean. Service was quick. But I sure felt like my breathing their air was an inconvenience for them. They did give me an air freshener with the wash. "You get one of these with the wash." (Pointing at several sir fresheners on the counter.) But the lady was perturbed that I picked up one of the air fresheners from the desk rather than waiting for her to hand one to me from behind the counter. Next time maybe I'll go on a Tuesday morning rather than a Friday afternoon.

Took my wife's car in for an interior detail. Floors had all kinds of powder that I had to vacuum up. When the sun hit the windows was able to see that all of them were still dirty and also had a residue on them from whatever cleaner they used. Very disappointed for $150 I was expecting much better.

Every time I go to this place I regret it. Not going back again. They claim to vacuum and wipe down the interiors and it’s obvious they made a cursory pass at best. You can get the same thing for half the price down the street at Whitewater Express.

Service was excellent. After the carwash, they removed last year's state auto inspection sticker and then installed this year's sticker. They are friendly and very well managed. I got in and got out very fast.Go there for sure!Services: Auto interior vacuuming

My wife and I took our 2010 Avalon in for a detail today. We thought it was hopeless to get it back to the condition it was once in but Carlos worked his magic and exceeded all our expectations. The car looks better today than when I bought it several years ago. I've been here off and on for about 10 years. The last 5 or more prior visits have gone down hill for a while now. The prices have become unreasonable. Other reviews seem to have similar observations regarding service, staff and pricing. I purchased the 1st class service. Seems I use to get my mats cleaned but only a vacuum job was done. The cargo area in my suv wasn't vacuumed, so I took it back to the vacuum station; no one was available so I vacuumed it my self before one of the staff asked whether or not it was vacuumed and I replied with a "no"! No response was given or an apology. They just let me continue until I was done. If I could I would give it zero or negative stars. I'm sure management doesn't care or bother to read these reviews. Today will be my last visit.

I have been taking my car there since 1997. Even when I moved downtown I came to Flower Mound. I continued to here. They changed ownership about 2 years ago. There was some minor changes. I was here last about two weeks ago. Today. I pulled in to find out that my hand wash and interior cleaning usually $35 went to $60 and the interior cleaning went to an additional $24 totaling $84. They can't accommodate my car in their drive through. This customer of 25 years is not valued. I was told sorry we're under new management. Yeah I can tell. I understand everything is up in price. But this is a form of price gouging. Sad to say this place has fallen off a Cliff of the standards set by prior ownership and prior managements.

This USED to be my go to car wash. This is what $30 got me today. And the smell is horrible. It smells like a dirty dishrag. A guy came over to wipe it down more for me (the pics are actually after he wiped it…) and his towel stunk, making the car smell even worse. I knew my car was dirty, which is why I paid for the upgrade, but I definitely paid for more than this.
