I have been going to Envy Nails for almost 20 years. I have diabetes, so I’m very careful of my pedicures being safe and clean. They do a fantastic job!

I have been going to Envy nails for over 15 years. They do amazing work and are always very professional and welcoming.
I started coming to envy nails because they have take a lot of care to make sure everything is clean and sterile. If you have any issues with your nails they will repair them for free.
They have had very little turnover in staff since I have been going there. This speaks to the way Vanessa and Tang treat their employees.

This place is a scam, totally overpriced for the service I received. I'm 8 1/2 months Pregnant and came in to feel pampered and relaxed. Instead left with a achey tailbone & feet, $100 less in my pocket, and anxious tension. It's 106°F plus outside and my feet and ankles have been achey and swollen. They have 2 different types of pedicures, I got the Signature Pedicure which the front desk said would consist of more massages and extras vs the Footsie Pedicure minimal massages and services. I had gel on before and it was $10 to remove, $25 extra to put gel back on. Plus the cost of pedicure.. The chairs in the back room were not comfortable at all my tail bone was very achey afterwards.. plus I did not receive the extra massage that was promised. The lady mostly gave a leg massage and barely put any work into it either. Most places focus mainly on your feet and ankles but this was opposite.. She did not seem experienced. I'm not sure if my experience was out of the ordinary but I will not be back.

I got acrylic nails done and they were so thin that they started breaking and coming off a whole week later. Also they didn’t know how to do the design I wanted so had to do something different. The design was so simple and they charged me way too much. Especially after me changing my mind about the design. Way too over priced and definitely won’t be going back.Service: Acrylic nails

I paid $140 for a manicure and pedicure from Nail Envy on 9/28/2022Below is the communication I sent to the manager at Nail Envy named Anna on October 12th 2022 I will include photos for you as well. Hello Anna, this is Tricia Sairie. I'm reporting some issues to you regarding my nails. I am sending you pictures. The 1st pic happened 2 days after I got my nails done by your shop. It just cracked. I wasn't even aware of it. This was right before my reunion which was completely embarrassing then I tried to super glue it and that wouldn't even work so my nail ripped off which is the next picture you see, and it's been very painful. Then a few days later you see the picture of my thumb nail that cracked. Now tonight after doing absolutely nothing my middle fingernail cracked. The pedicure I received from you was bad too as my polish and nail cracked. Worst job ever. If you do not reimburse me the $140 that I paid to get my nails done I will report you to the BBB. You have 24 hours to respond from the time I sent this and refund my money before I take action. I have not received a response from them. Anna's phone number is 469-379-5126

My daughter just came back from a mani pedi with my mom. Almost 100.00 for a 12 year old and they tried to put her feet on a bucket to do her pedicure! The chair was $10.00 extra! I will never let her go there again! What kinda salon doesn't do dip? Give the customer what they want! We prefer Epic in Corinth! Won't be back to Envy ever!

Really wished I had read the review before getting ripped off. Paid over 100.00USD to have my dip full set removed and to have acrylic full set nails. It took almost 2 hours to complete this service. Definitely will not recommend anyone to go here. Feels like a legit scam. I've gone to a lot more fancy nail salons and the most I've paid for this service is 60.00USD. If you all are looking for a better nail salon don't go here. RUN! Take your business elsewhere.
