I had my 4 wheels replaced in matter of minutes although the morning seem extremely busy at this location. Since I entered the store, Dakota was extremely friendly and had a great attitude towards service. I had a rough morning since I already had a flat tire the day before and these guys made my day by getting all done not just in a timely record but also with great customer service. Thank you so much!

They say "support local businesses", so we live literally behind Discount Tires on 407. I parked in front of the service area and could clearly see there were 4 to 5 tech guys chatting just outside the visitor area. I thought this was going to be a quick thing. I had a tire valve/stem that had a clear slit which was causing the leak. The guy at the desk said it would take an hour to get it fix. It was late and all he had to say it's closing time instead of an hour. He clearly was not in the mood to take on the job. So I left and crossed the traffic light and went to JUST TIRES. The guy at Just Tires was extremely friendly and had me out in about 5 minutes. I know one customer that Discount Tires lost today. Hats out to Just Tires.

I brought my vehicle in recently for new tires, and when I got my car back, they had broken my shifter. I could not leave the parking lot, and they did not offer money for a tow home, nor did they offer to pay for the parts to fix it. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here.

They offered a prorated credit. I had to show them the Carfax showing the dealer had replaced the tires.

Made an appointment for tire repair for a screw in a tire. They repaired the tire quickly and it was FREE.

Very good had to wait a little while but the over all experience was good was fire prices and worth to get the coverage of the road side saves you $$$ in the long run

I ordered my tires online the night before and made an appointment for installation the next morning. It was busy at the shop but they got me in and out in 30 minutes. Super easy experience.

I bought 4 tires from discount tire. My original tire size is 245/35/r20. I was recommended more tires from a different company and they told me I have tires that are different sizes. Two of my tires are 245/35/r20 and the other two tires are 235/35/r20. I was sold different size tires without anyone mentioning it to me. I've been riding with 2 different tire sizes on my car all this time

Went in for a flat repair. Got there around 5:30. The guy walked to my car and looked at the car as it sat and claimed he couldn't see anything in the tire. The part where it gets quizzical is that he claimed they could not touch my tires because they are a 2 and a 3. Now, the tire needing repair was passenger rear. Passenger front was replaced in this very store 5 months ago to the day, and it's at a 3. The tires have less than 20000 miles on them. The tires were installed on 2/4/23. I purchased the car 2/9/23 and we added Discount road hazard 2/10/23. They are 65000 mile tires. Oh and it passed inspection 3 weeks ago. There is no way this gentleman was in good enough physical shape to have looked at the tires.
