This Chase Branch, really disappointing. I hated customer service there, my expectations were really high compared other Chase’s Branchs and the three persons who worked with me, they were a 0/5 stars, that’s why there wasn’t appointments for other branches just in this one! As I am seeing now the reviews, I hope they could take care of.

Unfortunately I have to give this branch a low rating because of the Branch Manager. We came in to set up an account for my daughter who lives close by and the teller was professional and helpful. He was working on finding someone to help and noticing everyone busy he asked him if he could help out and I could overhear the conversation and the Branch Manager with an attitude said NO! This did upset and make me a little upset, then 5 mins later a gentleman came in to do a wire transfer and he jumped up and was super happy to help. If you don’t want to do your job keep your voice down and don’t then turn around and jump outa your chair to help out. The other staff was great I thought the young lady that helped my wife and daughter was great and respectful and I can appreciate her. It sucks the Manager can make everything awful, but he did and this needs to be addressed. Wouldn’t recommend this branch until he learns manners and how to be professional!!!

another worst customer service bank I have ever accounted, so nosy about my personal business rather i should transfer my money to my family member as military personnel service my country... everything for your employee is some kind scammer issue...not sure where did you trained your employee to treat customer like this.....more chase bank branch need to closed down with this kind customer service.....Robot does not judge people.... so far as all the review i have read ...chase bank has no future to compete with others... I hope more people bank somewhere else........

Told over the phone I could cash my check if I had two forms of id. Lady on the phone even went to ask somebody and they confirmed. When I got to the bank I wasn't greeted and was eventually turned away nicely by word, tone didn't match, because my title company wrote the check out to me. I'm a corporate trainer and was astounded by the poor customer service. Was considering becoming a member but wouldn't recommend this particular branch to anyone.

only 2 issues with this location: design and lack of ATM. just be warned: when u drive up to the ATM, the idiot that designed the drive-through decided that it would be a great idea to make the lane slope so severely that u are actually physically leaning. also, there is only one ATM outside (that one) and not one inside for convenience. pitiful job by Chase. this means someone signed off for this and said "this is acceptable"

Was rude and condescending. Not helpful at all! I felt humiliated in front of three other employees that work in the offices, and one customer that does banking there amen. I proceeded to leave, and I told him that I’ll be back tomorrow when that lady was working this was in regards to setting up a special needs trust for our child who has autism and is 30. It’s very hard to get time away from him to do the important banking that needed to be done and they knew what I wanted and they let me walk out the door I was fortunate enough I was fortunate enough to be able to call chase bank and was directed to a young Dan. Who answered my question is any bank can do the final paperwork on this trust it’s in our system always needed was to sit down and do 45 minutes of required signatures. He found me a chase bank on Cross Timbers who would take us now and greeted us and helped us and was very very pleasant and nice and we were able to complete what we needed to complete for our son. Life is hard enough when you were raising in an adult disabled child and it doesn’t need to be made harder by your banking institution. I will never bank at this bank again I highly recommend Chase Bank on Cross Timbers

Terrible service from this Branch! They put a 10 day hold on my deposit even though the check cleared the same day. After verifying that the check had cleared, I went into the branch and asked that the hold be removed, the teller made a phone call then informed me that they would not remove the hold. I asked to speak with the manager, Garry Weider, he did not have time to speak to me about it. The other manager that was there closed the door to his office to avoid speaking to me about the issue, Spineless! This branch at Cross Timbers/Morriss in Flower mound is terrible.

Went into the branch to pay off our mortgage this morning. Richard at the counter assisted us and couldn’t have been nicer or delivered better service. He checked with a supervisor to insure that he was processing the transaction correctly. Both of them congratulated us more than once on this achievement. Thanks guys.

The branch manager here is the worst! Gary Whitner was so rude! I was trying to give them more business by opening a new business account and he refused to help me and made reference to me being a woman. I don’t know how people like him become managers!!!!!

I had a great experience at this branch. Jaime was very helpful! I just got married and go my return in my old last night and was having trouble depositing it. He helped and was very friendly. As soon as I walked in he had a big smile on his face and welcomed me!

Walked in to get a cashier's check for our house closing. Right when I walked in I was greeted by Steven who was super friendly and as a congratulations he even waived the fee. Great customer service!
