I was referred to Utility Bellhop by my realtor and was quite happy to hear that a service like this even existed. However, due to my skeptical nature, I waited until I received my 2nd bill to post this review to make sure that everything was exactly the same pricing and package level that my personal ‘Bellhop’ (Alexis) communicated to me. I was pleasantly surprised when I received all of my bills! My total bundle packaging ended up being LESS than the estimated price that Alexis provided to us. I have never seen such great pricing for Electricity, Television, Internet and Home Security in my 25+ years of being a consumer. This company is the real deal and will for sure save you time & money the next time you move!Thank you Alexis & Utility Bellhop!

First time I worked with them they were great, this year try to get a new contract for electric has been a nightmare, they always said I'm good to go, but I've never received any notification from them or supposed new electric company. I have been texting constantly to Bobby, but now there is absolutely no response after many attempts. However, Bobby came through for us in the end. He found the issues which were holding up our switch in electric provider servicing, negotiated with a new provider and had us all signed up, he took all the frustration and stress away, hooray! Thanks to bobby and his team to bring us to a successful outcome.

I don’t leave meant reviews but Bobby was incredible to work with. I needed the best pricing quickly and he was on it! The easiest company/person I’ve ever worked with for the best deals! Ask for Bobby, he is AMAZING. Sending anyone that ever asks straight to him!Five stars all around on customer service, price and how reliable and dependable he was!!

Updating my review. Bobby is an honest guy and will go above and beyond for his customers and his team. I had been frustrated with one of the services I received and even after facing a personal loss, he reached out to me to help me resolve it. Even if we cannot come to a better agreement, I would still recommend Utility Bellhop because they genuinely do the legwork and give the effort they guarantee.

Bobby was extremely easy to work with and friendly. It took a ton of weight off of me knowing that I didn’t have to go through comparing prices, contacting companies, etc- they took care of it for me! I would definitely use this service again in the future

Simple and straightforward, no issues with scheduling or setup. Every question answered and I was reassured about all my concerns. I never knew companies that provided this services existed but im glad I do now. Will be recommending!

Bobby was so helpful with getting all of the services set up at my first house. There was an issue with the city regarding my water and power, and Bobby was great with following up. I highly recommend using their services to reduce the headache of setting up utilities by yourself.

I am entirely happy to update my review to reflect the great lengths Bobby has taken to correct a matter Pulse Power inflicted. He reached out to Pulse Power multiple times for the removal of an erroneous early termination fee back in 2020. Although it was promised to be removed over and over, after 4 months it was unknowingly sent to collections. As you can imagine I was furious when it appeared on my credit report but Bobby took the time to help me understand want needed to be said to the collections agency and reimbursed me the fee + some! Dealing with utility companies can certainly be burdensome for many, but Bellhop does want the best at heart for their customers.

Poor communication. Cable and internet delayed when communication stalled. I feel like this may have been easier if I set it up myself. Started out really strong when selling me the service. Then communication tanked from there. Cable and internet provider AT&T is the ultimate responsible party for this delay but utility bellhop didn't make it any easier to resolve with their inconsistent communication with me.

Initially I tried doing everything on my own but then these guys reached out and I’m so thankful they did! They have a great service with a very friendly staff & My wife and I saved approx $50/month just on our electric bill by going through UB. We also received our Free Ring Doorbell exactly when they said! So stoked about UB & super proud to support them.

Super friendly and helpful staff - Cynthia & Cameron have been amazing - everyone that we dealt with @ UB for our move from California to Texas was top notch. Compared to what we were paying in California, Utility Bellhop is saving us more than 50% on our utilities and internet! Super thankful to get away from the state socialism that is California! Texas is the promise land.
