I would give a 1/4 star if that was an option. I have been trying to get an email with proof of service for insurance purposes. I spoke with Olga and apparently only a manager can send emails. I’ve been promised call backs but have not received one.

The technicians are good but the Clare home panel is horrible. Very unstable. Frozen screen, not able to connect to wifi, faulty battery, etc . multiple issues！ We had to pay for 400 to have the technicians to fix various issues.
