Nice people. But not the place to go for an oil change. Minimum one hour. They do more mechanic work at this one and that’s why it takes three times as long. There was another customer here as well and she said she comes here because it’s nearby but it’s always one hour. Not sure they should be called kwik…..

I had such a pleasant experience. Their manager ( I want to say his name is Chris forgive me if I’m wrong) was SO helpful and patient with me! My brakes went out unexpectedly and him and his crew were able to work with me and get my car fixed fast! He was very transparent with me, and even worked around my crazy schedule. Good customer service in this industry has been rare for me, so Chris and his crew at Kwik Kar on Josey for sure have a customer in me, and I will be happy to recommend my friends and family!

What a horrible establishment that ruined my vehicle and refused to take ownership of it. It cost me almost 14k in repairs for a new engine. I called the store with no response. I filed a claim with the best business bureau, which Kwik Kar corporate did not respond to. I even emailed their corporate office. There was no response from them either. They then had the incompetent teacher who ruined my vehicle call me and ask what happened. Then he hung up when I explained what they did.

I normally use kwik kar oil change for my oil change ever since I moved from Mesquite, I used the nearest KK oil change location today over all the work was satisfactory, but I didn’t realize they took more than an hour to do the job that includes Oil change, AC repair and ended up doing flushing oil out service as well which needed. I wish they warned me about the time it takes to finish all the job, I was there for more than hour and half. I sincerely wish if they manage their time for all customers equally. I will check closely their performance on my next visit.

Pros: got me in pretty late and gave me a good oil change, from what I can tell, and pretty quickly.
Cons: these guys will ask you for a tip on an $85 oil change with a straight face and then argue with you when you’re like, “Nah, that’s not traditionally something you tip for.”
Dude was really like, ”Well, you want to talk about traditional, marriage used to be between a man and a woman…”
My guy, miss me with that. I will not be back.

I brought my car in for an oil change and flush in February. My engine blew in March because there was no oil in the engine. What caused the oil leak is that the filter was not tightened and my engine leaked oil until there was none. I reached out to this location as soon as I found out what the issue was, and no accountability was taken from the manager Chris and the owner has been unresponsive to my request speak with him. Never taking my car here again!!

Got a state vehicle inspection for my first time here. Friendly, fast & educational. What more could you ask for? They even let me know that my drivers side windshield wiper was passable but will probably need to be replaced soon. Very helpful! I will definitely be back! ?
