I am a member with HHonors and usually stay at Hampton Inn. This was the best Hampton Inn I stayed at. The facility was up to date. The rooms were in an immaculate condition along with bathrooms, no cracks or mildew.The staff was super friendly and professional.The location was great. It is located in a quite location with each access to the freeway.I recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a great place at a very economical price.

Every hotel in business right now should come stay here and see how Patrick Nagele and his staff run a superb establishment. This is the true definition of an outstanding hotel. Super clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is the epitome of professional. Come stay here, be catered to by these great people, and wonderful staying establishment.

Our stay here was very excellent. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was good and had variety of choices from waffles to omelets, for our 3 day stay in Dallas. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Dallas!

A very pleasant 1-night stay for a family of 4. The room & the overall hotel facilities were clean. The free breakfast option was very decent - I especially enjoyed the pre-made omelettes & fresh fruits (blueberries & grapes). There's also a waffle station, bagels, oatmeal & enough variety to offer different options. The room had comfortable beds, a small fridge & microwave. If I had to be picky, there were only 2 minor issues with the room: I felt there was enough room to fit a chair or a small sofa (there was only one desk chair) as I felt it lacked some seating options for a family of 4. The shower was in the bathtub & the small pull-up knob that makes the water either flow from the tub faucet or come out from the shower head did not fully pull-up, causing the water to fall from both the tub faucet & shower head. But overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay & would consider to stay here again when I'm visiting Dallas.

Stayed here for a short family get away. Rooms were EXTREMELY clean , updated and staff was very friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would Definitely stay here again.

My family stayed here recently while in town for a hockey tournament. My wife and I both agree, this was by far the best hotel experience we've had.The employees couldn't have been more helpful with whatever was needed (forgotten items or local advice). The hotel was spotlessly cleaned, and we really enjoyed the patio and fire pit area (what a great spot to wind down).The hotel is also very close to the interstate which made getting to hockey rinks or local attractions very easy.Thank you very much for a great travel experience!

My wife and I stayed here in March of 2024. Starting with the exterior the location was safe and secure car didn't get bothered and there was no riff raff nearby. Rooms were clean and modern, flooring was modern Luxury vinyl tile not smelly carpet. Rooms were as clean and crisp. Breakfast bar was good and I was able to enjoy a cigar by the firepit outside. Great stay I would stay there again.

Excellent place to stay! The whole staff was very friendly and thoughtful! The breakfast had a great selection and was served very well. The pool was great, and having it indoors was even better, no matter what the weather was. We would definitely stay here again!Rooms: The rooms were very clean and well laid out.Nearby activities: In a good central location for Fort Worth and Dallas. Very easy to get on I-635 from the hotel.Safety: Very safe and in a good neighborhood.
