Secured a service call very quickly, very prompt, thorough, conscientious and reasonably priced. They have helped us out in a pinch on more than one occasion. Highly recommend for copy machine repairs.

Please be aware of what you are getting into before you sign. The contract for the printer was actually with DeLange Landen Financial services. However; DFW office systems sends us the bill and even put their logo on the printer, which after 4 years and getting a bill I thought it was them. Actually, they just do the maintance which is quite expensive. The DFW guy said that our printer was so old (yet I'm paying around 250.00 a month) they can't get parts for and and we will have to upgrade. When I took matters into my own hands and bought a brand new printer from another company, they became resistant, refusing to return emails or phone calls. They also will not pick up the printer for us and we have our new one coming in a few days. They said they would email us instructions soon, and we have to give a 60 day notice. I think they thought we'd just upgrade with them and when we didn't they have been very hard to deal with. Please I caution you to read the fine print, and make sure that the printer they rent you is not too old.

BUYER BEWARE! I was not made aware that there are 2 payments made - a local payment to DFW office systems and one to Delage Landen Financial Services.After sending a picture of our space where the printer will be located, we ended up going with the recommendation of Ryan Moore. This proved to be an epic disaster. We were installed in September 2020 and within 4 months we had problem after problem. Every time we would call for help they continued to give us the run around for 2 months. After much frustration of not being able to use their equipment we called every phone number available to buy out our contract. That proved to be an issue as we were told we needed to purchase the printer and pay the rest of the lease. After having Ryan Moore on site to inspect our situation, he stated the the initial set up (by his team) was done in a matter that was meant for a temporarily solution but no one ever mentioned it to us.So here we are 3 months after that visit and hiring an IT vendor to fix their issue when in the middle of a print job the printer shows an error and stops printing. I call DFW office systems for assistance and Ryan Moore calls me back and states he is unable to remote in and the issue is on our end. He stated he knows how we are set up and we need to call our IT person (who he knows since he has called Ryan 3-4 times). Ryan Moore was rude and offered absolutely no assistance to even troubleshoot. The office staff overheard the conversation, which was on speak phone, and was appalled by his lack of customer service and asked why he would call back when he did not offer any assistance.Since signing the contract all my interactions with this company and Ryan Moore have been absolutely subpar and do no recommend this company to anyone.
