One time I brought in an analog watch for battery replacement and they set it to the correct time, day of month, day of week and month without me even asking. This time they changed out a car battery and I was given a small battery with wiring to plug into the lighter to keep all of the onboard items (clock, radio stations, etc.) powered up during the battery swap.”

My battery was bad and dead, and not only was he able to determine this issue very quickly, but he went above and beyond trying to replace my battery for me as well. My car is older and the battery was stuck, yet he tried his absolute best and I greatly appreciated that. He even recommended a place for me to take it to get it replaced, so I knew what to do and where to go after my visit. Going to start coming here for all of my car needs and I recommend this location to everyone! I was at an Autozone right before here, and they didn’t even want to perform any tests on my vehicle. The customer service at this O’Reilly was very refreshing and helpful, especially as a woman who doesn’t know much about cars. Thank you guys for all of your hard work! God bless.”
