Every month I am excited that another month has passed, getting me closer to the end of my lease. Rent is extremely expensive for such a small space, if it was actually luxury, then it would be fine. Gates never work with the code given, whenever I leave my phone at home, I cannot access the app and I have to wait for someone else to open the gate.(app doesn’t work half the time) Multiple sprinklers are busted throughout the complex, shooting water straight up into the air. I feel like the pools contain too much chlorine, to the point where my swimsuit was bleached after 10 minutes of swimming, and stinging of the face and eyes. Doors/ windows in my apartment do not seal fully, allowing bugs and heat inside. When I first moved in, multiple things needed to be replaced or fixed, which I feel should have been checked before a new tenant arrives. Landscaping is mostly dirt that just washes up on sidewalks. Pools are never scrubbed clean, you can see grime all around the tiles.
Front office is also no help at all

Sharde and Monserrat at Harlowe were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. Answered all of our questions. Offered us refreshments when we got there. Walked us through the the process of moving in. Excited at this new chapter. The property is beautiful and the staff already seems that way too! Yay!

Sharde was a huge help with this tour! She was very transparent and didn’t miss a detail when talking with us. The property is beautiful and the apartments are nice for the price they’re at.

Really love the property, Sharde’ was amazing, very nice and knowledgeable. I love that she was upfront about all the fees and things that are included versus not included. The apartment was clean and had great lighting and ample storage. Definitely in the top 3 for places to apply!

Great Community! Leasing staff is amazing, there are hiccups here and there but the leasing staff always go extra mile to resolve the issue. Been living here for about 3 years. Special shout out to Monserrat Santin for helping.

Harlowe Basic Apartment.
Internet sucks. It’s pretty expensive than what I had before which is $75. Internet doesn’t work much sometime it works and most of the time it don’t . Everyone is complaining about this who is living in this apártment. Fix this guys otherwise the apartment name will be Harlowe Basic Apartment.
