Rent literally doubled in 2 years, everything else was fine but they will gouge you on rent when you renew so don't expect to stay here very long.

I appreciate the attentive service and friendly staff at our complex.However, recent safety concerns, such as the incident involving GUNFIRE two days ago, raise serious worries as a mother. Ensuring a safe environment for families should be a top priority. Additionally, the proposed rent increase of over 8% adds to the challenges, making it crucial for the management to address both safety and affordability for residents.
