DON’T BUY FROM SKETCHERS ON GEORGE DIETER IN EL PASO. The staff at Sketchers are rude and incompetent. They are not helpful and will not honor discounts and 50% off promotions.
This Sketcher store has limit shoe styles available.
The employees are always messing around or on their phones. They barely speak English.
The Manager of the store is about the same age as the other employees, so you can’t escalate an issue. They will not let you process a return.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SKETCHER LOCATION. Shop somewhere else for better Customer Service.

Very clean environment with very friendly employees who were really helpful. I had plenty of questions to ask and the young lady answered all of them to help me find the right pair for me. She also informed me about the current sale with buying one and getting one half off so I grabbed a nice pair for my grandson aswell. Would recommend again over the other locations near me. Great workplace would return again.

Very nice designs and very comfortable. The very kind lady at the checkout, even gave us some backpack-type bags instead of putting the boxes in traditional bags.
