We ordered a cake from this Sam's and got horrible service. Sadly, we also got a really ugly cake. The young lady that was at the bakery was so so rude to us, she was rude over the phone and in person. Most of the cakes that I was able to take a glance at while waiting for my cake were really nice and the one we picked up was horribly made. It was all lumpy and the happy birthday was all crooked. It is so disappointing. I can honestly say that we will not be ordering cakes from Sam's at all ever again.

While getting gas the Sam’s club employee at the gas pump was soliciting money. I pay a membership to shop there, I shouldn’t be asked for money from the gas pump attendant.

They offer a great selection, and a huge variety of products, in a very clean store with friendly staff and plenty of parking. There's also a large fueling station up front for your vehicle

Friendly staff.
We found someone to answer questions on electronics quickly.
Very satisfied.
While there we each had 2 slices of pizza and a drink combo for $2.50
Not a bad price, and the pizza is pretty good.

5/26/24 at 2:30 pm went to put gas card got declined but some how Sam’s still charged my card and the charge is still pending I didn’t put gas and the hold from gas stations doesn’t take this long and when I asked for help the attendant just said he could help

This place is AMAZING. Unfortunately, today, when I was taking my mother for some of her groceries, the cashier was very rude and disrespectful. She was throwing everything in our cart to the point when I was done paying she even had the audacity to not put some of the groceries in the cart. She said it was not her job, so then I told her I was not mine either since I'm purchasing. She was reported. I do hope she thinks twice before she is rude to someone else again. Other than that. The store is great in everything else

I love the store of course but educate that lady at the door Carolina not to stop the costumers at the entrance as if she owned the place because we are not allowed at the store until 10. Educate her on how to speak with the costumers because even though some of us we don't have the fancy membership, we still pay and deserve respect. She did not even know what to say because she does not know the policy.

The early morning is the best time to go to Sam's Club. It seems since my last review they have upped their quality on their beef as far as steaks are concerned found some very nice steaks with very little marbling. Nice lean steaks at least today they were there. Will check again next week when I'm back in the store. Well today is April 24th 2023 went back to Sam's today and found steaks full of fat which today everyone refers to as marbling!! Wound up going to a meat locker plant and buying some nice steaks that had actual meat to the steak with not all the fat that were grass-fed Black Angus!! It's a shame that some of these retail markets like Sam's Walmart Albertsons all of the top chains for that matter can't find and supply to the public the consumer good steaks that aren't loaded with 50% of the weight being fat!!]
