Service was horrible.Dresses are overpriced for not a great quality of dress. I was hoping to find beautifully put together dresses for my girls quince. Unfortunately my visit with the owner was marred by the owners rude behavior and attitude. My court was met with a dismissive glance and a lack of commitment. The rude owner's behavior extended to interactions with other customers, creating a tense and uncomfortable environment within the dress shop. The lack of customer service and basic courtesy overshadowed any potential charm the store might have had. The dress shop charged an extra fee just for my girls to try on the dress after we were told the day before that we could bring our girls in to try the dress on but we ended up not trying on because we had to pay another fee.

This store has that CHEAPLY MADE STUFF that you buy over the border and bring back here to make the "BANG BUCK", but my wife and I were in need of a dress for a "RED CARPET" event, and were on a timely manner to get something bUt yet affordable. UPON entering the store, my wife brought her pair of crocks with her so that she change into them and we could walk the rest of the town. These were in a plastic bag, and the older lady, the owner, asked her to put her bag aside and get it after she shopped. We got a dress after the lady told me that my wife wouldn't fit intoa small and would have to go bigger. It wasn't the story, my wife got into the small. My wife was happy on the purchase of the dress, that she forgot her crocks. After down the road, it realized to my wife we forgot them, but we couldn't turn around. We called the store and spoke to the owner, and she said she would put the aside for us. We had a friend go over to pick them up, and he was told she didn't have them.Bluntly just stole my wife's shoes. Upon calling her just now, she states she remembers us, but don't have the shoes. VERY RUDE!!! DISCUSTING!!!So not give these people your money! Very Rude! Thieves!Karma will come back on them, and I highly suggest that if they steal from us like this, what's stopping us on walking back into their store and take, and compensate, you yourselves on what you are owed. Not saying take more, but do make it right and then walk away...

Let me start by saying they have an insane amount of beautiful dresses and that is amazing. However, the owner is rude. I heard first hand how she treats her employees and it was not nice at all. Then she was rude to me because I did not have cash on hand. I had a debit card. I was more than willing to pay the extra fee for using it to pay for the dress my daughter needed for a quince. I was unable to go in person for the fitting and one of the other moms was nice enough to leave a payment to hold the dress till I could go on Saturday. I was told I had to pay cash to buy the dress because it was on lay away. I tried yo explain to her that I did not need the dress on layaway and would like to pay the full amount for the dress then and there but she was not having it. She made me walk a couple of blocks to an ATM which I did. I returned to a long line and noticed that people where paying with credit/ debit cards with an extra fee. I felt singled out and told her that it was unbelievable that she singled me out. She had the audacity to say your daughter can try the dress on here but if it doesn't fit there are no returns or exchanges. What is the point of her even trying the dress on now when I've already paid for it and if it doesn't fit it didn't matter. I will not be returning ever. This was my first and last time at this store.

Never seen a more unprofessional place in my life. In these moments is when I wish the 0 star button would exist. The people here need to get their stuff together. First to start off, the lady emphasizes "do not call me, I'll call you" yet we waited for almost a whole month for a call that never arrived. When you call the shop after a whole month the lady gets mad for calling. Second, the first time we payed for the dress they perfectly took our card. The second time we arrived to finish paying for it they stated "we do not take cards at all it is strictly cash". Third, the lady said we needed a "page number" for us to pick up the dress yet we where only provided with a receipt of purchase. The owner of this place needs to make up their mind on what is going on with this establishment and I seriously advise to stay away. Shopping for bridesmaids and dresses SHOULDNT be like this. 100% get better customer service at McDonalds than this place. EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I would never go there again and would never refer this ugly place to anyone. The owner is very disrespectful and she also disrespects her employees in front of customers. So unprofessional.
