Completely Racist Agent! I booked online, then went in to the location to pick-up car. Then I was told they do not accept Apple Pay. So I asked can I pay another way, then I am told someone just booked the rental and it’s the last one for the day. A week later I booked online with a different car, I go in and he tells me they actually have no rentals available at all. So I send my “white coworker over” and behold he has 3 to choose from less than an hour after I left. If you are Not Hispanic or White, they will not rent to you. Ignorant people working there.By the way I received a charge of $33 from this Hertz on the very same Apple Card that he told me they did not accept 4 weeks earlier, no worries report it fraud just like the agent.

Made reservation for at least a six passenger carCome the day of the reservation, was told they didn't have it, and left scrambling to find a new car rental, and was told any money spent would be given 3-5 days after.Zero stars.

Missed our flight on spring break weekend and we were lucky enough to get a rental car after calling around for a few hours. A lifesaver to be able to have a car to drive for a day!

My Son just arrived to Orlado Fl he had a reservation to pick up a car at the Airport apparently because he doesn’t have a return flight he can not get the rental they didn’t even help him with other locations outside the Airport , his staying in Orlando for his job needs a car to get to around to work and back to the HotelThe company his working with gave him leads to where he could rent a car now his has no car, unprofessional not being able to assist unbelievable

Horrible service by the representative attending the store. I've rented from hertz plenty of times and good service but this one store is completely in need of some attention by upper management. Worst customer service I've ever received in my life.

I reserve a car two weeks in advance. They email me and text me to remind me I have a reservation. When I get there they don't have a car for me. Was told that I should have called to make sure they weren't lying about the reservation. Left me scrambling to find a car somewhere else.

Good service but very expensive. They charge $85 per day just for insurance! Check to see if your car insurance will cover damages or not and save some cash.

TJ is the bomb diggity!! I had a very frustrating experience with the rental car folks I've used for years and was forced to look elsewhere. I was expecting less than splendid service, but TJ made my first experience with Hertz a wonderful event.TJ made me feel so welcome and within a minute we were laughing, joking and just having a good time ? That's not the norm when renting a car. Unlike other places, it felt like TJ enjoyed his work and was happy to be doing what he's doing. I respect that and I certainly enjoyed every contact I had with him over the course of a week.I'll be using Hertz in the future and have said goodbye to the folks I've been using since 2007. Thank TJ for turning my unpleasant experience with your competitor into a bright new day with Hertz!!!
