Dyer location, random selection of whatever comes in.I find it hard to believe stuff doesn’t get “held for customers”.Some items are damaged, priced high, by the time you fixed the cracked, dirty door, no hinges. Maybe you could have bought a new one. …I think that should be factored into the pricing. How much labor will have to go into this to make it worth it?Reply;I was only able to edit my Reply,The earth is round, birds are real, I don’t drink. Eeeh.Thank you for providing your services for the community. We local northeast people, appreciate all the businesses. This was constructive criticism, I do apologize if it seemed insulting. When I was referring to bringing the damage item up to par, after all said and done, time materials etc. Maybe( I )the consumer, could have purchased it new. That’s what goes through our tiny brains.Random items =means exactly that treasure hunt, hit or miss. You never know if you don’t go!

Always love going to visit this place. Prices are going up, but what isn't? Brand new items can be found for what you need if you can be patient and wait. I truly enjoy going and finding treasures!

Didn't know this place existed in El Paso. Lots of good sale items are available to the public. . . Cleaning products, shovels, paint, and furniture, plus many more items.

Like what they're doing for people. During hard times i got some really great deals on necessities here, Even if you're looking for an appliance or furniture was an intermediate until you get a brand new one, it's perfect place to shop! Then when you do get your new item, donate your old functioning one to habitat for humanity and keep the cycle going!

I love Restore but of all the locations I've visited across the country, Savannah GA, Oklahoma City OK, and many locations in Florida, this, sadly, is the most disappointing. The staff were friendly and helpful but the building and the inventory leave a lot to be desired. Nancy, the employee i talked with, was an absolute joy. I asked about the limited inventory and she said being so close to the border can be a challenge. Many items that might be donated to Habitat for Humanity often end up across the border. They do the best they can. It's understandable given the living standards in Juarez can be a struggle too. I do hope the El Paso community can help more so that the Restore inventory can improve. Nancy mentioned that their new Executive Director plans to increase outreach efforts. Before making the 45 minute drive to this location, I tried to get a look at some of their inventory by looking at their website or Facebook page, but I had no luck. I think posting photos of your inventory online every few days might be a great outreach effort. It can include photos of just big areas of the store or even close up photos of things of which you have a large quantity. I know your customers on the northwest and northeast would appreciate it.Like I said, I love the Restore.
