The worst dutch bros I've been to. 6 cars came after me and all ordered before me. Use the inside lane if you go even if it's longer. Terrible service. Decided to go back. 3 of 7 drinks were wrong.

Something needs to give. A line wrapping around the store with a single person taking orders. Incorrect orders right and left. Drinks are great, but the wait *is not worth it*.

I think this is the last time I come to this location. If there’s a line I si ally have a long wait time. However, today I am still in line and it’s been 30 min. I can’t get out. I hope my review helps to train the staff better or get more staff. There are four cars I front of me and I still haven’t even put my order in.

I had the most awesome experience at Dutch today! The car in front of me paid for my order and then I was asked if I wanted to pay for the car behind me. I thought that was great! It makes people smile and it brings out a very kind act in everyone!! Although it is not free and you are still paying for someone else, it’s great to be able to do something out of the kindness of our hearts! Thank you Dutch! ????

I ordered at first a large POPPIN’ BOBA FIRE LIZARD REBEL blended and i was in a hurry and didn't notice they messed up on my drink , they never put any boba so i had to take it back , they did enchange it but they made it "iced"not "blended" the drink was ok , but then i noticed how much they charged me for the large size!!! It was ridiculous!? $9.42 just for a large drink when it was supposed to be $6.45 + taxes.

I love Dutch bros, my first experience changed my tastebuds a couple of weeks ago. It's been my go-to place when I'm out of town. This experience was no different. Staff with a polite approach and eager to make my experience great.

Line was so long. There were literally 10-15 cars in the drive thru. No way to order ahead. Who has a 15-30 mins to spare for coffee

Young man at window with luscious hair was helpful with my experience at this location my first time and didnt disappoint! Everybody is so positive and friendly. I tried the strawberry lemonade and the medium golden eagle latte with oatmilk with extra shot of expresso , extra Carmel around the cup and strawberry soft top was delicious thank you

I love it here. It is the closest one to me so I go when I can. There are all sorts of drink options and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The only downside is that it can take a long time to get your order sometimes. It's often packed, but that says a lot about its quality.
Kid-friendliness: The kid drinks are great. My kids love getting the cotton candy shake because they feel like they too are getting an adult coffee.

I went again today think maybe they had a bad day yesterday and today the same thing where they don't get the order right.. I'm an everyday customer now I will have to talk to the manager cause I tip and I place my order everyday and now it's gone this far. They will soon know who I am..

I go everyday and I have to watch my drink that I order the same everyday is different at time to time .. I tip them for there serves but why is it that I ask the girl pouring the soft top if u put 4 scoop which is a double soft top and she looking at me while looking at he pouring a single softop.. girl today with glass didn't get her name just lied to my face. .. thanks hope u enjoy I give everyday to give appreciation and no appreciation back.. lucky I meet the owner

Wait time is crazy! 2 car system is poorly managed I am waiting in line and other call pulls up after me and they get priority. Then I drive out and head to walk up window and get told, "Give me a few minutes to take your order"Left, will not return, poor service, slow workers.
