I live in Illinois and I always send my friend in El Paso flowers for her bday and a centerpiece at Christmas. I usually order online. When I ordered, somehow her phone # got tagged to the end of her address, so I called the store to verify the address for delivery. The lady who answered was extremely nice with excellent customer service! My friend received her flowers and absolutely loved them. In the picture, the top picture is what we ordered, the bottom is what was actually delivered to her. The price was perfect! Very professional. Great Quality. Great Service. Pleasure doing business with and I will definitely bring my business back here for future use. Thanks for a great experience. ;)

I'm in California & I ordered a very beautiful spray of pink flowers on a stand for a funeral in El Paso. It cost $227.32. But I thought, for such a beautiful arrangement it's worth it. When I saw a photo of what they received it made me sad & angry. The one I ordered had about 30 flowers. But they only put about 12 flowers. It looked so cheap! I called Blossom and the lady who I spoke to said she would check w/ the designer. The designer said he just made it to price. Whatever that means. Then she says maybe you're looking at the wrong picture. The wrong picture??? Are you serious? I know what I ordered as well as they do! So that was their only response. It was obvious they weren't concerned at all about an unsatisfied customer. I won't be ordering from them again.

Disappointed, was not happy with the flowers or the stuffed animal, I ordered an extra large arrangement and received a very small one and it did not look at all like what I ordered, and I thought I was getting a teddy bear but received a huge eyed freaky looking zebra, (this was for an adult in the hopital), I will use someone else next time.i would have sent pics but their website does not allow it.

Disrespectfully started me up and down, the entire time I was in the shop. Whined and complained, rather than offering suggestions or solutions. I had to tell her to stop interrupting me, just so I could finish describing what I was asking for. It wasn’t long or complicated. Of course you’d be confused in regards to what I’m asking for if you repeatedly interrupt me before I can complete 1/3 of my request.It felt like she wanted me out of her shop. Like I was unwelcome. If you don’t want to help your customers, get a different job.

I parked at the back of the store parking lot, unaware there is no entrance to the flowershop through there. Personnel went out of their way to bring the coursage I ordered to my car. They accommodated me by bringing it to my car, although they don't have curbside service. It was a nice gesture since I was running late to the event I was headed to.

Since I had never ordered flowers before, I was unsure where to order them from. After searching online, I discovered the ideal flowers for my friend. Knowing her love for flowers, I wanted to give her something truly special. She was delighted by the surprise and the flowers. The delivery was also prompt and timely.I’m glad I pulled the trigger. Highly recommend ordering from this florist!

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered! I paid for a deluxe arrangement for a funeral and for a small vase with lilies - 3 open, 5 still buds. I called and they offered me 15% refund. The "designer" should be embarrassed.
