Flowers: 10/10… they were beautiful, fresh, smelled amazing and lasted a very long time.Service: 10/10… Max helped me out and was there with me every step of the way. They’re very modern, you can speak directly to a rep via text and they will send you options and work with you. Same day delivery is a huge plus for those who are like me and just want to randomly get flowers for your significant other.Side note: I had originally asked for them to be delivered to my gf’s house, but no one was home. They called her (without spoiling the surprise) and gladly took the flowers to her office at no extra charge and with no hesitation. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

OMG!! Talk about AWESOME!! I spoke with Donavan who was extremely helpful super friendly, absolutely amazing, and the flowers that were delivered is everything he showed me in a picture and went above and beyond and attached a Merry Christmas card made it look super festive that went to my sister! She was very surprised and so so happy and said, I love my beautiful flowers!Angie's floral designs is a keeper for anytime I need flowers in El Paso!

We had a delivery as a Xmas gift yesterday. It was a beautiful poinsettia-but it stunk to high heaven. We left it outside overnight thinking (hoping) the smell would dissipate-it did not. We had to put it in the garbage-it was that bad!!!!

The composition is pretty but my boyfriend and I are very disappointed in the quality of the flowers. The flowers do not look healthy, have many imperfections, and some look wilted. Yes, I know that I signed a paper stating that the flowers were “in prime condition” at the time of pickup. However, they handed me the paper to sign FIRST while my arrangement was sitting on a far, back counter where I couldn’t see it in detail. Of course when they handed me the arrangement I said thank you and left. When we got home is when we realized the issues.UPDATE: This vendor gave me a call right away after posting my review. They were very polite, apologized to us, and made a new arrangement for us with fresh, healthy flowers. We really appreciate them quickly remedying the situation and for the good customer service.

Called on Sat. to get a corsage for my son's homecoming date. Man on the phone quoted us $12.99. I was driving in my truck, using the speaker phone, my wife, son, and myself all heard him quote us this price. Checked the bank account on Monday and was charged $59.53!! $59.53 for 3 small, very small, roses!!! My wife called to see where the mistake was made. Same man answered the phone, started yelling, stating that all we wanted was a refunding. Couldn't ask if there was a mistake made or for a refund over all the yelling. So much for supporting local! Will not be back.

I ordered flowers from Angie's based on good Yelp reviews. I was very disappointed. I didn't receive any tracking information and was unable to determine if my flowers were delivered. It was very difficult communicating with them (e.g., they don't answer their phone or respond to online messages), so I decided to send a text through their "text your order" feature. After texting with them, it was determined that they had not delivered my flowers and were now going to deliver them the following day. In a text message (that I will gladly share), they stated they would refund the amount of the flowers and still deliver them. They would cover the cost. The flowers were delivered, and I was charged the full amount. Here's the issue- I don't have a problem paying for the flowers. I ordered them. I do have a problem with lying. As a business, if you say you are going to do something for a customer, then stick to your word and do it. I will never order flowers from this business again and will not recommend them to ANYONE.

Though I live in Irvine, CA, I have a colleague who lives in El Paso. Her birthday was this week. Rather than go to flowers.com, I decided to find a local florist. I found Angie's Floral Designs and decided to order a fresh bouquet of flowers. They turned out great. My colleague loves purple so I asked them to add extra purple. My colleague loved the arrangement. They were delivered in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business. Thanks again for helping us make her day special!
