ZERO empathy, rude when they mess up and try to blame you. I ignored reviews online and gave them the benefit of the doubt and all negative reviews I’ve read are true. If you can, avoid coming here. Terrible customer service from the front desk.

Aunt in nursing home w UTI, NO meds until nearly a week later we chased them down. Prior year my Dad failed to receive antibiotics until I cussed at a Nurse saying if they can't deliver then you go pick it up!!!

Really rude lady making home med deliveries. Rolls her eyes, acts very annoyed that she has to make any sort of effort in the delivery. I told her my door bell doesn’t work and she said “I heard it ring.” Why would I lie about this she is crazy and shouldn’t be working as a delivery person if she has that little patience and lack of customer service skills.

No one wears a mask and El Paso is currently surging. I am a registered ICU nurse. I went in looking for information regarding getting my children vaccinated. I saw that none of the staff was wearing a mask. They are vaccinated unvaccinated people and children… it makes me wonder what other protocols are not followed properly pertaining to storage and vaccine administration. Please do not go into that pharmacy if you are not FULLY vaccinated. It is very sad to see this.

Very unsatisfied with my experience here. Staff is very rude, specifically a woman named Maggie. Acted very entitled and rude towards all customers as if we were a bother. Would love to see some training in good manners for the staff.
