Horrible, horrible, service never have I met anyone with such a rude tone. It’s unfortunate that these apartments are so pretty, but Is managed by someone so horrible. I have Called several places for information and toured many as well but this one is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had!

I recently moved into this apartment complex and I cannot say enough good things about Danica, the property manager. From day one, she has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and always goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy. Thank you for making my living experience amazing

I've been a resident at this apartment complex for some time now, and I must say, my experience has significantly improved since Danica and the new maintenance team took over. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and prompt response to any issues have been exceptional. The complex feels more well-maintained, and I appreciate the positive changes they've brought. Kudos to Danica and the maintenance team for their great work!

We’ve been here less than 6 months and have had the worst experience! Every month there is something new. The first 2-3 months I was haunted by big huge cockroaches everywhere they had them all by the pool area, outside, coming from the ceilings. You were not safe, and that is because I’m a very clean person who mops almost twice a day. Thennnnn leaks in the kitchen, water pressure is still not fixed, horrible smells (that we found out last month was black mold), all in all just horrible! We have been trying to get out of our lease by speaking to corporate but seems impossible to get a response. We pay a good dollar every month for us to live in a decent home not to deal with these issues every month. Just ridiculous. Ps If you have a cockroach phobia these apartments are definitely not for you.

A really bad experience living at this apartments. Move in and refrigerator very dirty, freezer had bug ? and stove was dirty. Carpet was so dirty that my allergies got really bad. On the third day of moving in AC stopped working and office was called and was told manager was going to return the call. Manager Dianica called and told me that I had to wait until Monday for AC to be fix. That by policy if it’s 70 or 75 degrees that tenets needs to wait. Now imagine when it’s 90 degrees or hotter. It’s so ridiculous, people be careful if you decide to rent there. At first they promise you a discount which they never give you..

There are decent aspects tonight living here except CRIME and the fact that management does nothing to stop it. For example I have video proof of a thief still my prescription medicine and they do NOTHING. If they ever get crime under control, it might be safe and a good place to live

The pool is real nice and lots of parking for whenever you're visiting friends or family.

Where to begin…Save yourself the trouble and STAY AWAY from this complex and management. You have to fix/buy your own bulbs/air vent filters and if anything else goes wrong don’t count on them, you’re on your own. “Gated community” is a joke. Gate hasn’t worked in over 2 years. It’s always open and ppl BREAK IN! I was robbed along with 4 neighbors in just our building. Ppl at the pool don’t even live here and are trashy! They throw pebbles at surrounding balconies. Prior to management change at least they cared. The last two years have just really gone downhill. They’ll send out letters about any minor thing like dog poop not being picked up, but they don’t even refill the trash bags! They’re honestly a joke/embarrassment. Definitely not worth it anymore.

I lived here for 4 years and the last company management was horrible. There was a a leakage when I was in there and they didn't mention to call me or leave a note I just came in and the carpet was wet. This happened during the weekend so no one. They took 2 months to fix one restroom, because they said I have another one so it wasn't important. I have not received my deposit and it's been more than 6 months. I keep calling and they don't give me the corporate number that they're just going to send an email.Again I was here when it was the original owners and this place when down after changing multiple owners. The units floor plan was great but with the hassle of the management and maintenance team it wasn't worth it.

I had such a hard time living at this complex, and after more than two months, I have not received my deposit back. The main issue with this complex is the management and the lack of professionalism. One month in, my A/C stopped working. It took 2 weeks for them to fix it. I was in a hotel because I couldn’t stay there due to the high temperatures. I came back to the apartment on a Sunday (when they told me they would fix it) and I found my door open. They just went in to diagnose the issue and left my door open on their way out. Thank God nothing was missing. The electric bill came higher than usual due to the A/C malfunctions. I have text messages with the previous manager where they agreed to cover half of the electric bill as compensation for the entire situation. I only needed to provide a copy of the bill and energy usage, which I had. When I went to the leasing office, I found out that they had changed the entire staff and that they could not consider valid whatever the previous manager had said. They claimed it was mostly text messages with the number they use and not emails, so it didn't count. After that episode, I moved out after 7 months (the end of my lease). I gave notice of my intentions to move out 45 days prior to my last day of the contract. In this case, they wouldn't give me a break because "it's in the contract," so they charged me the fees that were explicitly described in the contract if you failed to give notice within a 60-day window. And this is important because now, in that same contract they meticulously follow, it states that they cannot take more than 30 days to return your deposit. It's been more than 60 days, and I haven't received my deposit. Every time I call to ask about it, they say the exact same thing: they will send an email to Corporate. They haven't reached out once to give me an update. I have visited the facility twice and still get the same answer, "Oh, we're going to check with Corporate." As of today, I haven't heard from them, and when they do pick up the phone, it's just to give me the same excuse. Also, I paid someone to clean my apartment. However, they still charged me a 'light cleaning fee.' When I asked how that was possible, given that someone I brought had already cleaned it, as always, no one there knew anything. The gates don't work. Throughout my entire stay, they were always wide open, so it wouldn't sound crazy to me if someone had a break-in.The apartment is ok, I liked it, but believe me, the management will ruin the experience.

Absolutely do not live here!! This is supposed to be a gated community and it is not the gates have been broken over a year. They charge entirely too much money for everything to be broken. Danica is the general manager her and her team are horrible with communication. Nobody knows where anything is. Everybody loses paperwork It’s the most ridiculous disorganized company I’ve ever seen. And when you ask for the corporate number, they will refuse to give it to you.

I used to live in this apartment about 2 months ago. If you're checking out reviews before moving in, you're doing a great job. The maintenance team is really unreliable; they hardly ever show up. When I was at Residence at Edinburg, I submitted a couple of service requests, but they never came to fix the issues. My air conditioner would get clogged every 3-4 days, and I ended up having to fix it myself, even in the middle of the night when the AC stopped working. I even hired professional cleaners to tidy up the apartment before moving out. However, they deducted 100% money from my deposit, claiming the apartment wasn't clean, and they didn't provide any evidence for it.If you can handle not getting maintenance help, even in the middle of the night, and if you're okay with potentially losing your entire deposit for no clear reason, then this is the place for you. Personally, I wouldn't suggest moving here due to the poor management and awful maintenance service.A suggestion for the management: Please stop stealing residents' deposits unfairly and step up the maintenance service considering the rent you're charging.

I rented here for three years. The apartment itself is nice and so are the amenities. The complex doesn’t flood and rarely losses electricity which is great. However the office staff is incompetent, will lie and have no customer service skills.I had several issues with them during my time here. I found bed bugs in my apartment and reported it to Sarah, one of the office staff members. She stated she would speak with the manager to begin getting quotes for exterminators as they would cover the cost. I waited two weeks and they never got back to me so I reminded sarah and had to keep reminding her over the course of two months and nothing was done. Finally, when I went in person Sarah stated that they are not responsible for bed bugs even though she had told me on several occasions that they were working on it.If you have a maintenance issue in your apartment and submit a work order online it does not get reviewed. You have to call the office and tell them it’s been submitted. I found this out the hard way after submitting work orders and not being contacted several times. One night a pipe burst and my building and I lost water. I tried calling the emergency maintenance number but it had a busy sound. I also tried emailing but since it was after hours I got no response. Finally the emergency maintenance number answered and when I asked for an update he couldn’t provide any information. I mentioned that it’s illegal to be without water for 24 hours which we were about to hit. The man said that he could no longer speak with me since I mentioned the legal issue. I never got a response from my emails either. The biggest issue was when I moved out. I had responded to the renewal email that I was not renewing since they were increasing my rent about $100. However, the email got stuck in my outbox and never sent. They were trying to charge me a prorated rent for the week of overlapped days since I “hadn’t responded”. I explained this to them and they put me in contact with the regional manager, David. Of course this took several reminders and me constantly calling the office. David told me to send him a picture of the email in my outbox and that he would work with me. I sent him the picture and he never got back to me. I constantly tried to get in contact with him and got nowhere. I called the office back annd explained this to them and turns out he was no longer with the company. My case was abandoned as he hadn’t shared any of the information with any other staff members. I spoke with the on site manager and she was more incompetent than Sarah, which I didn’t think was possible. She refused to listen and said there was nothing she could do. On top of all that, when I moved out I was sure to clean very well since I knew how they worked and I took photos before I left. Of course, they came back and said I had a $882 cleaning fee. When I visited the office to ask for an explanation sandy the manager could not explain anything. If you have the option to live else where I highly suggest that you do.

Maintenance personnel, such as Luis, Julio and Jose have really been patient and responsive. They are easy going, willing to help, and very professional. We have been happy how they have responded to our needs

----READ CAREFULY BEFORE YOU DECIDE---Moved in in April 2023 right before that strong storm hit the RGV (weather.gov/media/bro/wx…) this place was hit hard, but because the staff was (not any more) diligent in resolving issues I was confident they would take action and solve issues that were caused by the storm, furthermore, I thought they would resolve issues that existed from before I moved in, boy.... was I WRONG!!!NONE of the ENTRY GATES TO THIS "GATED" COMMUNITY WORK!NONE of the FENCES HAVE BEEN FIXED!FEW things caused because of the DAMAGE FROM THE STORM HAVE BEEN FIXED!Today, not only all the previous issues persist, but also the grass that surrounds the property is so dry that, in my opinion, it is becoming a health hazard, the bushes have dried, the minimum spark can cause a fire, and the dry brush (previously bushes) and grass can ignite. Every Monday there are crews from a private contractor that come in and "mow the grass" they come in with equipment that runs by some kind of fuel, this can ignite the dry grass.I took pictures of the damage the morning after the storm (August 29, 2023), I shared these with PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT (we are on the 3rd management team this year ONLY).If you have ever lived in an apartment complex like this one and management changes, you know that all the blame is always placed on the "previous management" and well... this is the case.NEVER A STRAIGHT ANSWER.
