Excellent customer service at 10th and Trenton location. Joe Salinas ,Noe , Alberto super professional. Joe went way out of his way to answer all my questions, was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He was very experienced with upgrades and made my shopping experience awesome!! Surely recommen this T-Mobile location to all.

Horrible service, 4 employees completely inattentive. I was the only customer, having issues with my 1 week old phone (brand new). Lady had no idea how to work phone, offer to exchange with a 45 dollar fee. Its brand new. Was rude , told me there was nothing else she could do. Avoid, I now understand why the location was empty, terrible experience. Sprint should better train their employees.

Went to the Sprint store in Edinburg Texas on Trenton Rd. Terrible service. We have been with Sprint for over 13 years and I went to pay off my phone and upgrade to a new one and according to their records after they scanned my license, they said they couldn't do it because i needed to be on the account which I am on the account. He would not even accept my PIN nunber to verify. The new store in Pharr Texas right away brought me up on the accounr 2 weeks ago. I rather wait and go back to the Sprint store in Pharr Texas next to the HEB Plus..

If it were possible to give zero stars I absolutely would. I called 2 times to ask about a replacement of a phone since I broke mine and needed it replaced, they asked me to come by and see if I could update even though they had access to the account. Once I arrive 20 minutes to get seen despite there being 4 employees and only 2 people being seen. Once I get seen not only do they tell me I have to call someone, I find out that the person that originally sold me the plan did so under a business plan not a family plan to boost his sale. I will definetly get some legal help and get my paperwork together Sprint is showing that they are still as crooked as ever.

Never received such horrible service. Apparently asking questions is giving attitude according to employee Lyz. Just makes me question my decision to switch to sprint. Horrible, horrible attitude!!

Mario Mendoza the worst sale manager , he can not even answer a straight question, and he a sale manager , sprint such fire him , b real bad reputation for sprint hiring people like that
