this will be my favorite store from now on, not only because its super clean and its always smells so nice there but because they really care about costumers i came in with my stylo6 completely dead and the ladies there educated me on how to get it back to life when they could've just sold me a new phone! BIG PLUS they have germX bottles around the store

Our phones were being disconnected after a system issue after we paid for an activation fee, and the monthly amount and the emlyoee Montse was so nice and helpful and resolved all of our issues. Amazing work!

THE BEST customer service from the ladies working there, they are always ready to help out as soon as we walk into the store!!!! They are so friendly and respectful and actually know what they are selling unlike other store who charge just for transferring personal info

So I have my own device and I wanted to buy a SIM card at this store, but the representative responded saying that you need to activate the SIM card with the phone right then and there, which I know is false because I was a former manager at 3 Metros. The representative wanted to just make activation sale which I understand, but you should be able to buy a SIM card and activate it yourself with a metro phone or an eligible BYOD. Just to confirm from what I know is true and hasn’t changed I contacted metros customer service line saying that what they were doing is wrong and I that I should be able to purchase a SIM card by itself, but ok I didn’t make a big deal and thanked the representative for the information. I just know this is unethical, but unfortunately this in the rio grande valley and nothing will be done about this situation. It’s sad really knowing that other customers are being taken advantage of. This was the first of 3 stores I visited in Edinburg which all said the same thing.

New customer of three months (and not a customer for much longer believe that) already done with this company, went in because one of my two lines wasn't working. At the start the young man helping me was friendly and helpful but once he couldn't figure it out he asked the lady behind the counter for help and that's when the sales pitches began. Was asked to buy new sims card or new phone. Told me to buy the Sims card and it probs wouldn't work still and laughingly told me i wouldn't be able to return it for my money back. So I got this phone and sims 3 months ago and they now they're faulty and the only option is to buy new again. At that rate that's a new phone every 3 months man. Never had issues like this with other cellular company. I'm genuinely floored at how unimportant customer retention was at this place ! Does this represent metro pcs as a whole or just this one kiosk? I don't know and I ain't gonna stick around to find out . if you take away anything from this review it's stay away from this location. It's the one on canton in front of the walmart .

Very unprofessional gave me a number connected on the boost network... (verified by owner on boost network it's been her number for 5 months) Anyways never going back there again... they need to fire all of the workers all incompetent

This is by far the worst metro affiliate story I have done business with. Give you the run around, don't own up to their mistakes. And the manager is ALWAYS missing.
