The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with I went to pick my ozempic prescription up through the drive through this morning when I returned home i was the only person in my car so I open my brown bag that’s stapled with the receipt attached to put it in the refrigerator and the pen is not in there they treated me like I was lying. And told me to call the manufacturer isn’t that there job my insurance paid H-E-B pharmacy for my prescription and I did not get it I know a lot of people want this medication to sale etc… and whether it happened in the manufacturing department or at H-E-B they have taken absolutely no responsibility I’m so angry I’m shaking I do not appreciate being talked to like I’m not being truthful I DID NOT GET MY MEDICATION!!!! And they are just oh well sorry there’s nothing H-E-B can do people if you go to this pharmacy check to make sure right there at the counter or the drive through that your medication is in there because mine was not I’m disappointed and disgusted all at the same time H-E-B takes no responsibility for your medication if you get home and it’s missing which means their not a trust worthy store or pharmacy

Very understaffed. Thirty-five minutes to pick up a prescription that is ready is about 25 minutes to long.

Andrew was very helpful, I had a special prescription and he went above and beyond making phone calls to get it approved then assisting in finding the closest other heb that had my meds in stock. Outstanding work performance

Don’t usually go here but only H‑E‑B that has the medication I needed in stock. Pharmacy is understaffed, can’t seem to find the medications when they are ready to be picked up. Definitely will opt to wait for medication to be ordered next time by my usual H‑E‑B. Not impressed at all with the service.

I would like to express my appreciation to Andrew. I asked for his name after our transaction via telephone. I normally get my prescriptions at Walgreens... but this one medicine, I was told, was in back order. I was told by walgreens that if I found a pharmacy that had the med. they could have it transferred. Called the HEB pharmacy in Edinburg (closner) and the tech(andrew) was very thorough. He asked me questions and at the same time was typing information, thus getting my presciption transferred as we spoke. Our phone call lasted atleast 3 minutes and to my surprise was told that my medicine would be ready by noon, next day.They gained a customer thanks to Andrew.Job well done, sir!

I just relocated to be closer to family and a fan of H‑E‑B pharmacy I chose to transfer my scripts to a near by one. Twice I have had had less than helpful customer service from the pharmacy staff when my script coupons came back with member not found, though I had picked up said medication 3 months ago from my previous H‑E‑B pharmacy at the discount rate. Disappointed :(

Great pharmacy service...spoke with a pharmacy representative named Gayle (sorry if misspelled), who helped my daughter with her medications, went above and beyond for her! We definitely recommend HEB pharmacy before others such as *******ns!
