5 stars for staff, 2 stars for everything else. The app only works some of the time and randomly deletes prescriptions from your account. If you have an issue with your prescription don't bother trying to call, just go in person and plan to wait in line. The pharmacy techs are all nice and helpful but they're almost always understaffed and trying to do five things at once.

This pharmacy is terrible they are overworked and the rudeness is pass to the customer. They always claims delays are insurance issue total lie. My doctor sent a medication in Kojo had a issue with it and refused to fill it. He is not a doctor and my health concerns is not his business. Eventually he claims he didn't get the right answers from my doctor regarding my health. I will be filing a hippa charge and will be looking for another pharmacy. They are always behind this is people lives they are messing with. I have already filed a complaint and will ask my doctor to do so also. Next I came in for passport photo told it will take 45 minutes which I didn't have went the next day a very nice Hispanic lady took care of it in 10 minutes. I don't why evonne couldn't do that. This store is trash employees who don't care. I will be moving on from Walgreen where I've used for yeas but not enough I can take my business elsewhere. I expect to get an answer from my corporate complaint. This is a old picture those pharmacist no longer work there.

Excellent customer service! My prescription was transferred, filled and ready for pick-up within 2 hrs. Unlike other pharmacies, I didn't feel like just another number. They truly cared about my well being and made certain that I could get my much needed prescription quickly. Thank you all..!

I made a COVID shot appointment. The store didn't have my appointment. They treated me like a walk in and it took FOREVER?!?! I had to do all the paperwork again, even though I did it online. No wonder so many folks are unvaccinated. Walgreens makes it very hard and inconvenient.

The medication I needed I received a call to pick up. So I went and thru said "it'll be another hour!" I come back the next day (today) and they still need 10 mins. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

Came in to get a passport photo, the lady didn't even speak to me and when I asked to look at the picture, she kept huffing and puffing because I guess it wasn't in the right angle? I asked if we could retake it and she got a whole attitude, and said "I guess"??? Like what kind of costumer service is this? Never coming here again.

I copied this based on the email I just sent to the store location truly amazing service This location is amazing Pharmacy.D. Kwadwo Owusu is running a great management in her pharmacy set up I had issues with my prescription being sent to a different location(by the hospital) at my old address when I was calling that location ( westmoreland) I could not get in touch with them for over half an hour and never did , when I got in contact with this location my call was answered in less than 2 minutes the woman who answered was so nice and tried her best to help me and made my experience so easy when I was in pain I truly and will always be grateful and thankful for this I love you guys keep up the great work . Feel free to send this up to upper management or in corporate I'm more than happy to speak greatly about you guys thank you so much again. if there's anything else I can do to show my gratitude please let me know

Staff does not care if you wear a mask or not. Short black woman that works evenings gives major attitude like girl I'm just a customer I'm not forcing you to work there .
