The staff here is absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful! The neighborhood is very well kept and the residents are super friendly! The pool is a bit chilly but it's refreshing after hot sunny day!

The apartment was expensive, the pool was only available for 1 month throughout the year, $1,290 is not worth it, at night there is a lot of noise in the parking lots, I am definitely not going to renew, it is wasting money on nothing, I regret having chosen them and In order to leave, I must pay them 2,350 dollars so that they do not stain the credit, the washing machines do not work nor the dryers, in short a disaster, the only redeemable thing is the very kind attention of the 2 people in charge of the office. To make matters worse, when you return from work there is no parking nearby, if you pay for an apartment at least they designate 1 parking space and not have it be a lottery and expect to arrive before all the extra cars that park

Horrible year living here. I had major leaking ceiling and flooded floor for 2 weeks before it finally got resolved. I threatened to report them to the city. They do not have cameras so if you value your vehicle your car is not safe on this property!Tania and Lupe also make up petty charges for a buck. I cleaned my whole apartment left no furniture behind left no trash I took plenty of pictures and they still want to be petty and charge me for "didn't clean apartment " of 85.00Do not live here do not spend your hard working money on these apartments because I promise you. . You can find somewhere you can live comfortably and stress free.I ONLY TAKE TIME TO MAKE A REVIEW WHEN I AM RIGHT AND TREATED UNFAIR. I am so glad I moved out of here. They are always closed every Friday and Saturdays... maintenance workers don't last either.
