When I tell you I had a horrible experience man i wouldn’t recommend you to get a car wash at Jo Jo’s. I was involved in a wreck and recommend by the person that hit me to go there is the only reason I ended up there. I was lied to about everything progressive payed for the repairs and I was put on a used tail light with a funky mildew wet smell on it. I pointed that out to them that I didn’t want the light and that it was used I dropped the car back off and was supposed to had a new light installed and bumper fastened all the way because it wasn’t flushed all the way the first time. All of this really inconvenienced me I get my car back with the same used light and a puddle of water in the corner of the inside of my trunk where the light is if you want to get ripped off and lied to take your car there if not stay as far away from there as possible!

Joe believes he is above the law and is a very janky mechanic and business. I have come here many times and my car was never fixed right the first time . He will also hold your car for months saying it will be done in a week or two when reality he doesn’t even touch it . He has no respect for peoples time or money but expects it from the customer.Services: Painting

Jojo auto and repair in Duncanville work is garbage!!!! Don’t waste your time and money for repairs with this Dishonorable businessman. Horrible customer service, Not courteous of your time, no respect of time , blame the pandemic, he lies like a rug about everything. Makes promises and he didn’t keep them. Keep my vehicle from September of 2020 to May of 2021 and it still wasn’t fixed. Insurance company stated that it should be fix in 30 days.Services: Painting

After two weeks of having my car back from this body shop the bumper falls off on the highway luckily no one was hurt. After I advise shop owner he reassured me that he would fix the vehicle and pay for a rental. I’m skeptical about it but what choice did I really have? I agreed to it. I dropped my car off Monday-Thursday and obtained a rental those days as well. When I got my car back I advise Jo about the car rental payment that was due that he promised to pay and BEHOLD he stated that he agreed to pay the insurance rate to rent a vehicle (even though there’s no insurance claim) I advised him of that and received no answer back still to this day. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SHOP. If you want your car to be done right DONT GO HERE. Terrible experience.Services: Body & Trim

Unprofessional, untrustworthy, unethical & lies like rugs. Jo Jo auto & body repair work is garbage. The owner makes a lots of false promises. Don’t waste your time or money with this flake jake business. Over 8 months to get my truck repaired and it still isn’t repair. My vehicle isn’t safe to drive.
