Today I have ran into a issue with a scammer I did not know that this place would take my money and not give me a service that was paid for but because I authorized the purchase of this sale my bank including a manger with the bank has told me they can not help me with receiving a refund! Tomorrow morning I will be closing my account With First convenience bank after almost 6yrs of banking with them. I don’t feel like my money is protected because when things like this happen unknowingly to me who can I turn to. The gave me a number to the federal commission even tho I sent in my request I have a email back from them saying that they will not be handling my issue directly but instead only using it as a learning experience to help it not happen to others so long story short I’m out of the money that I authorized with no way to get it back. I’ve reached out to the ppl who took my money but now there phone is no long working nor am I getting a response an it is very disappointing that MY SO CALLED BANK will not stand on this issue and help THEIR CUSTOMERS in situations like this get their money back! I even offered them the proof they don’t care.. please do not bank here they will not protect you an the management is very nonchalant an rude about having to help

This is my go to back. My husband and I have been with this company for over 20 years I believe. The management team and the employees at this particular branch are so sweet and professional. We come here to this branch all the time because of how they treat us. We love their attitudes and they feel like family to us. They work hard trying to make sure that our needs are met. They are always smiling and very upbeat. They not only serve you well but they really care about their customers in my opinion. Please keep this team there because this is what it takes to retain customers like me. Thank you to Maria, Irma, Quinton, DeShawn, Hines and Jennifer for all that you do. These guys are totally awesome and this is the reason I come to this branch, they really care and I love them all!!!!

This bank period is not worth opening an account with. I had an experience where they deposit someone's money in my account plus they quick to get money from you. They find many ways to squeeze money out of you. Plus they need an ATM that you can deposit money instead of waiting on the branch employees. Smh

My Disability check gets deposited in a joint account and he has a debit card in his name and I do not have one!!!! Also he signs my name to a trust check and deposits it. I have no access to my own money. We are not married.

This one is probably one of the worst I've been to. It was closed now you cannot make a money order. Cashiers will speak Spanish to one another infront of when your clearly speaking English to them. I'm trilingual but still it seems a bit rude. The last time I went I I just needed a money order stood in the line forever, just to be told they couldn't do it. At least put up a sign and I'll go elsewhere
