The ladies Ann and Machelle are amazing! But charging me 489 dollars for a simple return is my issue! Why so expensive? If I would have known it would cost that much I would have done them myself. Needless to say, will not use h&r block again. Not because of the people there but because of the price!Update! Called to dispute the price and was supposed to receive a call back from a manager and never received the call!!
