The staff very unhelpful. I payed my bill on the MyCricket last night money was removed from my bank account and this morning my phone didn’t have service! The store employees login to my account see the money in the account yet still try to charge me “reactivating fee” refuse to call 611 to fix this problem. I will no longer do business with Cricket. Shame on you to the fat guy and the girl with braces lazy smart asses…
