I had my vehicle damaged while at this shop. It was $1200 and Orlando said he would pay me for it and it has now been over 4 months and he has not only not kept his word and payed me but he has lied about putting it in the mail and will not answer my phone calls. I have offered to let him pay it out and still nothing. Some honest Christian guy he claims to be.

I would give this body shop absolutely NO stars if it was an option. I had the absolute WORST experience with the owner. I had a whole run around for almost a month and a half, my calls kept being ignored, I felt disrespected and unvalued as a Customer. Inside his office looks like a storage room so it is a complete mess so nothing seems to be organized. My vehicle would sit out for weeks before anything is said, “forgets” to order my parts, keeps on pushing back my due date, & My vehicle was still incomplete ! I had to pick it up and take it else where! So to save you the time, money and stress I highly recommend on NOT GOING to this body shop ! ! Highly recommend! This place saved my roadtrip! Best mechanic around, and the owner is a very respectful stand up guy who knows what he's talking about and shoots straight. My honda CRV ended up with a broken stud on the front passanger wheel during a routine tire change at a different well known auto shop. The auto shop that accidentally broke it did not have the tools required to replace the stud. This happened on a friday at around 3 p.m. and they directed me to A & G Auto saying this was the best guy in town and they weren't lying. I explained my situation and although they couldn't fit me in for that day (which I expected it being so late in the day) the owner told me to come back on monday and even though they had quite a few vehicles ahead of me assured me they'd have me back on the road tuesday morning at the very latest (which was much faster than any of the other places I checked with, about 5 different places). Sure enough tuesday morning rolled around and I got the call that my car was all set. These men are some of the most hardworking, honest and no nonsense mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. It was no coincidence that I ended up at this exact auto shop, it was providence! If I lived anywhere near Dumas TX, this would be my mechanic for life, no question. If you should find yourself broken down anywhere near Dumas TX make A & G Auto your first choice, you will not be dissapointed!Service: Tires

I was stranded while traveling, and these guys were so honest and helpful (thou they couldn't fix my paticular problem) and suggested taking it to a dealership, and upon arriving at the dealership discovered that A&G had already called them and told them of my circumstance!Thats some amazing service!

I really appreciate this business owner and his shop. On a road trip, our car needed attention after getting caught in flooded roads during a late night thunderstorm. A&G fit us in first thing in the morning on a Monday with no appointment to help us get back on the road. Our vehicle's issue turned out to be minor (but without fixing it, we could go no further!) After spending close to 30 minutes to fix and inspect our car, they refused to accept any payment for their time and service. We had nearly 2,000 miles to travel before we got home, and we had no further issues - thanks to their help. It makes all the difference to meet people far from home who are willing to help! Thank you, A&G Auto Repair!!
