I'm new to the area and have used this UPS Store exclusively as I'm always treated with respect. The staff is helpful, knowledgable, and I'm always in and out with 5 minutes.

If I could give less than a one star I would. I asked if I could speak with a manager and they said they don’t have one. I also said I was having trouble putting the label on and he told me that he already told me how to do it once, I’m not sure what’s going on but it was awful. They showed no work ethic at all.

Great place to print in Dripping Springs! I had a small print job to do, and I had some confusion with my email on my phone, and the woman at the store was very patient and friendly. She exhibited superlative customer service and I will most certainly be back!

What happened to good customer service? I was in there this morning and the old lady working behind the couldn’t have been more rude! She was actually yelling instructions to me about the Amazon packages. The owner wasn’t any better and didn’t try to solve anything.

I never had a problem with this company also. The personnel and the services there were always excellent. I had a problem today with sending back a package and I could not get a label printed. The gentleman that helped me, I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, was very helpful and explained what was wrong. On the second try, the printer quit. The problem was resolved, and the gentleman took it upon himself to finish completing my shipment. Outstanding customer service.

So disappointed with service today. Self serve only and I was having a difficult time. The only person willing to help me at the time was the customer behind me. She should be paid . I’ll never go back there. Will go to Belterra next time. Worth the drive.

I have never had a bad experience coming to this UPS Store, and I come often. I'm so grateful we have one so close in Dripping Springs proper. When I made the mistake of not reading instructions correctly, the man helped me fix it without making me feel like an idiot. More work for him, for sure. I've been to other UPS stores in Austin and they make you fix it on your own or buy packaging tape from their store when it's not taped well enough. They've never made me do those things at this UPS Store location. I believe these are franchises and I appreciate it being run like a small town, small business. Thanks, y'all.

Today, Saturday Dec 16th, I went to the store to mail a couple packages and the two UPS staff working were absolutely lovely, patient and kind. While I waited in line, I observed three separate individuals be outwardly rude to these two young men just because there was a queue.As we approach the holiday season, I wish people would be a little more understanding and kind to each other. I had a great experience and wanted to thank the staff for their help and hard work.

If your hours begin at 8 AM, please have someone show up on time to open the store for business. If you can’t do that, then change the start time to 8:30 AM. This has happened on two separate occasions.

A UPS store without UPS shipping supplies? All that I asked for was an overnight shipping box and the very errude lady informed me "we don't give away boxes, we can sell you one!" Just rude and unprofessional and uncalled for! After driving 30 miles to get there! Oh well, I'll take my business somewhere else! Never using this place again! Thanks allot!

I love this store for it's convenience but customer service is lackluster. It also offered notary services and now there is a sign up saying that it no longer provides this. That is another blow...
