I get a phone call from HEB that my prescription is ready for pick up. When I get there, they say it hasn’t been prepared and I should come back in 30mins! Every time!!

The phone number listed is incorrect. I’ve came here twice to try to pick up a prescription my doctor said they sent and the pharmacy staff told me that it wasn’t sent and to just call in to see when it’s ready which I can’t do because every time I call I get “this number is not available” so yeah great customer service people

Rude customer service. When I told Mary the employee that I was picking up prescriptions, she cut me off mid-sentenced very rudely. I never encountered such a rude employee at this location.

They are always so rude! If you don’t like your job or dealing with people get another job .. I hate picking up prescriptions from there or even calling it’s the worst… I’m moving my prescriptions to the H‑E‑B oak hill pharmacy they are way nicer!

Best floral section of HEB‘s in the area. If I can’t make it to Randles, I come here. They also have good outdoor plants that they take good care of, although it is smaller in keeping with the size of the store.The butter tortillas made here are to die for! Sushi, Americanized or Texanized, and potstickers are also very good. Ready to cook, stuffed salmon and coconut shrimp and breaded green beans are excellent!I have always feels the butchers pharmacist here helpful.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I've been a customer for several months and have only had good, quick service and they've always been very polite, kind, and respectful. No complaints whatsoever.

The worst heb!!! They are always out of stock on so many things all the time!!!!no pet food as they are always have so many empty spots and their own brand has been out forever especially the cat food, went to get the prepared soup but they had none.....

Extremely rude and inconsiderate staff. Was told my prescription would be filled at a certain time, got there at that time to find out my prescription wont be filled until next day. When I told the lady at the counter how no one notified me my prescription would be late, she didn't care or seem concerned. She did not offer another quicker option.I could have waited till next day but its the fact that the lady was rude and no one notified my it was going to be late.I have gone here many times before and they always continue to disappointment me. I will not be back to this pharmacy.THEY ARE ALWAYS SO RUDE , ITS UNACCEPTABLE!!
