Disrespectful communication and snappy remarks with days of no response. Will not return calls unless final payment is involved. I had to order heavy equipment because they didn't have any idea on how to get a chimney shroud on the roof themselves. Aren't they a roofing company? Our company had 3 superintendents that all had issues. Then you have leaks. We fired them and got a new roofer.

Educated roofing installed the roof on my new home six years ago. While reviewing my insurance coverage this year and considering a possible change in carrier, I needed a form called UL 2218. This was never issued at time of construction, but Educated roofing provided a new one within 24 hours. That is customer service that I consider well above and beyond. Highly recommend these folks.

ERS is simply the best --- Had an older home where a metal roof was damaged in a wind storm... Needless to say had to deal with insurance that did not want to replace the roof. The ERS team fought hard with the insurance company (2 other roof contractors did not) and received approval for a full replacement. Even more so - when ERS started the roof replacement job they identified the house actually had 2 layers of old roofing using really old tech --- The ERS figured out a replacement method that was out side the box and all within the Insurance settlement --- Truly no other company you should work with.

First class operation. With the challenges of building post covid when the supply chain was a mess the one area we had zero delays etc was with educated roofing systems. They were professional, on time, and great to work with. We love our metal roof and highly recommend using them.

Can’t say enough good things about ERS. Donnie Mathes made all the difference. He helped us out through the WHOLE PROCESS and saved us THOUSANDS and thousands of dollars with our insurance. He personally got on our roof many times to ensure great work and walked the roof with the insurance inspector to make sure nothing was missed in the assessment. He was at the house daily to ensure things were taken care of and we were satisfied with the work, he personally came back to check on an area I had questions and personally went back over the ground with a large magnet to pickup nails. Donnie with ERS is the BEST!
