Horrible location. The short woman managers are extremely unhelpful, they just stand around doing nothing. Huge lines, long wait times and unhelpful staff.

Horrible customer service at this Donna location! Simply went there to cash a check that was from a Wells Fargo account, and it took more than 30 minutes to get to a teller. Then they said the check had to be verified. Which was mailed to me from my sister. The head teller took my ID, credit card, and the check to the back and told me to wait in the lobby. Which I did, after sitting there for close to an hour, I had to track her down and get the items back. Then she tells me they can't cash the check. A customer 's time is just as valuable as theirs, they were super unprofessional! 10-31-23

Had an appointment at 11 been here for almost 2 hrs now and still have not been attend just been told to wait more than x3 times am getting super frustrated because I have payments to do, short staffed needs more people to work what kind of bank is this never coming back here ! Y’all need to do a better job and have better customer service!!

This a horrible location!! Worse customer service ever!!! Asked everyone around me if I needed help then finally asked me if I needed help. Was there to see a notary, only for the guy to tell me it was going to be another 30 mins. Meanwhile he took someone else in front of me that just walked in and I had already sat there for 20 mins!! No organization at all!!! Said he only had one notary!! IF I could give a (0) I would!!

I used to avoid the drive thru because the service was soooo slow, no matter if there's 1 car in line or 4. However, now it's soooo slow inside the bank I won't go in there anymore. Luckily the drive thru is way better because the young gentleman, Lucio, has been my drive thru teller, and he is so fast and efficient, y'all need 3 more just like him inside the bank!

Worst customer service I have been I took 40 minutes in line to see the clerk beuse there was only one employee working, and the supervisor instead of helping he was just standing like a mommy. Searching for a better bank

Have had Wells Fargo for 10 years now. Went by to open a third account, I walk in and there is no signing sheet and no one to ask if I need help so I get in line at 4pm. Later the person behind me asks a worker that’s been on the phone if that’s the line to open an account because there is no signing sheet. He tells her no, so I ask if I’m in line For nothing and he says yes. And it’s almost 5. Well yeah it’s almost 5 when I’ve been in line for 30 min and nobody is there to let us know where to sign it. I basically wasted my time.

Nice employees but not organized, gave me a hard time when trying to open a joint account! Also short staffed when it came to appointments! I just walked out, waited for a long for my turn but never called, i just walked out, i opened an account at another bank! Will never go back to that bank and don't have good things to say about that bank to other people who are looking for a bank!! will not give them a bad report.

Terrible service! It’s a holiday weekend. Banks will be closed on Monday. I needed to cash a check and the lady locked the door right as I was reaching for the handle before I could open it. I looked at my phone and it wasn’t even 12:01 and there were several people inside in line already. I talked to her through a crack in the door and asked nicely knowing it was a holiday weekend and banks are closed on Monday and she refused. I felt bad for the older couple that was behind me cause they needed to get in also and all the lady inside could do was shrug her shoulders. Every time I go cash a check they ask me if I want to open an account there. Never ever will I bank with Wells Fargo. If you’re reading this and thinking about whether to open an account or not with them I would keep looking for a different bank. I hope that employee has a wonderful holiday weekend.

5/27/2022: After 12 years of banking with Wells Fargo, after adding my wife to the account and no criminal history, they sent me a letter that they will close my account due to "Business Decision to Close". I made multiple calls to different departments to try to rectify the situation, and unfortunately they did not help me at all and failed to give me a valid reason other than it was a "Business Decision to Close". I filed complaints through other departments, and they fail to find an immediate resolution to the situation. Because of this, I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth that they don't appreciate long term relationships and abandon you when it matters. As of now, I believe the case is open and I am waiting for their decision and will edit this review upon knowing resolution.On the other hand, they do have great customer support team and awesome mobile services.
