The worst.. Jasmine was so rude, they don’t care about patients, all they care is that they want to close exactly at 7pm. No empathy what so ever, no matter how much I explained I need my tetanus shot today due to my wound, she was so rude. I called and was told to ask for my vaccine when picking up my antibiotic and she refused. This is why the healthcare system is so bad in the US.

Service was fast but I do have some feedback. If you see 3 medications on the prescription, but you're only giving out 2 cause one of them is over the counter, please ask the customer if they know that. Chances are, they don't. Please don't let your customer leave without her medication. Thank you.

When closed for lunch, the pharmacist has yelled their closed. The issue is some people choose to wait for opening time!

We had been very happy with the efficiency and service we have received since this Walmart opened. Yesterday we went to pick up my heart meds and the RX tech told my wife she didn’t have time to help her because she had other customers after her & it would take too long to confirm the insurance and they were about to close. It wasn’t til I went back and asked to speak to a store manager that the Pharmacist stepped in and assisted my wife while I spoke to the store manager about how unprofessional and rude the RX tech( Allí) was being in a crowd of about 25 customers. Speaking over us and yelling at us? It’s disrespect and unprofessional to treat loyal customers or any human being as they were worse than animals just because she wanted to be out on time. After a long discussion with the pharmacist he was able to get me one of 4 meds that I need for daily use. I told him to keep my heart med til the next day and if I had a stroke or heart attack because of their laziness and negligence they’d be liable. Immediately the Pharmacist helped after threatening to sue Walmart if I ended up at the hospital that night. Customer service and etiquette classes should be a must with all companies especially this one where some of their employees think they are above the law & are playing with peoples lives. The next time you ignore or chose not to help a customer Alli, I hope you enjoy being put in prison for causing harm or death for laziness & negligence in your part. The next time you want to get out early to party or do whatever you do, find a job with better hours so you don’t rush & give Walmart a terrible name!!!!! This was at The Walmart Pharmacy in Donna, Texas by an employee named Alli.

Extremely rude! & this was on the phone. They asked if they could put me on hold & i said yes, no problem. I was on hold for 7 minutes before i decided to hang up & call again. Figured they forgot about me. Called again, was hung up on. Called for the 3rd time. Was aaked if i would hold AGAIN! I said NO my question was simple. Was still put on hold. 4th time around after calling over & over they tried to give me stupid, unrealistic excuses. I cancelled my all my prescriptions with them & going with someone else with same price. I will NEVER do business with them again.
