“I have only had 1 bad experience at this post office..the female attending me was rude and racist. After reporting her, the manager advised me she was from on loan from Progresso.then I understood that had to be true cause I had never saw her there before. In the 15 yrs I have lived in Mercedes not one of their employees have ever been rude to me.they have always treated me well. I really like the new system for package pick up they have.u get a key in ur box with A number on it.you go out to postal box area and there his this huge postal box to the far left of the room.find the one with the number that you have on that key.insert key turn, leave key and get your package..that simple.no lines no wasted time. Therefore no headaches. The guy that works there was kind enough to come from behind the counter and show me personally. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
“had the best experience here today! i was having some issues locating a package i had sent out and the staff was so helpful throughout the whole exchange. they were so willing to help and made sure i walked out of there knowing exactly what had happened! it ended up being a huge mistake on my part and instead of getting frustrated or annoyed when we figured that out, they reassured me that it was okay, shook my hand, and made sure i knew that they were always there to help. My interactions were with Zef, a man I believe was named Jesse or Joe, and a lady on the phone that was also from that same post office! The staff here genuinely loves their job and are there to help!”
