Very small storage lot and if someone didn't tell me it was there I would have never found it. Over all not a bad little place.

Cleard out room 1 week before end of May, called to notify them that I was out and that the room could be rented. Had to leave a message because no one answered after trying several times. Ten days later was being told I owed them for June. I rented the room for two months and paid upfront for both months. This storage facility is run by offsite management. Not a hometown business as you would hope in a town like Diboll. And the email they sent out about rats was correct. All I had was shovels in my unit and I still saw rats. Icing on the cake, my credit card was comprimised when I paid for the unit and the bank said it was likely from the storage unit payment system. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
