And how long ago these reviews are... our little community of people, places, things.. need service here is the best of north Texas...I am long time vapor,, from pens to newer ones my husband always has a surprise for me when shopping here .. I am strongly eager for all who need the medical related information for health .... I have been in this store. For way longer than 5 yrs... anyone in need of information on CBD. Hemp dap. Really llerz. Paper. And acourse the best value for vaps and juice are lowest around

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.My wife purchased a product from Diana Vape last Wednesday to give to me last Thursday for my birthday. The product was totally unusable for the purposes I needed. We called immediately called Diana Vape (on my birthday) and spoke with the owner Greg, we explained the problem and asked to return the unopened, untouched item for a refund, Greg told us to call the manufacturer, he said they would handle the refund which made no sense but we did it anyway, and as expected we were told Diana Vape needed to take care of the return. We wound up calling Greg two more times he told us he would need to check up the chain of command and he would call us back, isn't Greg the owner? He didn't call us back, so we called him again, this time he said he was the owner and was absolutely NOT going to return the item, we even offered to pay a restocking fee, his response was still absolutely NO return!!Bottom Line, we will never buy anything from Diana Vape again and would not recommend them to anyone.BUYER BEWARE!!
