Was checked out at the end of my grocery run by an associate named KeKe and she was a like a breath of fresh air!! A people's person, she was positive, polite, and prompt! Sent me on my way with my day a little brighter than before. Good work keke, keep it up!

Terrible service at the customer service. I planned on purchasing a simple money order. However, the elder cashier was too busy carrying a conversation with two other staff members. I had to wait and follow the pin pads guide meanwhile the cashier placed her subway iced tea order and offered her daughters cakes to the nearby staff. Once, she decided to take a look at the screen she initiated an argument and placed the blame on me for an error during the transaction. Had she simple canceled the transaction and started over I would not be heading to a different store. However, her rude attitude and deeming behavior did not make me feel comfortable swiping my card again under her watch. Basic manners and ethics go a long way.

It seems that they never rotate their stock by expiration date, cause I have seen and purchased products there that are expired, which is very dangerous when it comes to dairy products and meat

Never seems to amaze me on how the shelves never stocked properly, every time I ask where’s the missing items management tells me a shipment just go it in how convenient, so everything is in the back nothing for consumers. Don’t waste your time nor gas for this neighborhood market , only have one job to do keep food stocked , it’s not a Supercenter my goodness!

I frequently visit this location for grocery needs because it’s conveniently located. However, this time, I had utilize the customer service station. I have to say the lady that assisted me was extremely helpful. I apologize that I don’t remember your name but I greatly appreciate all your help!!!

They put tax on food items more than once and then play stupid. Kids are untrained with no sense so you can't talk to them. It is illegal to tax food items and they do it here. They didn't give it to you with plates and service. Grocery food is not taxable in Texas. According to the Texas comptroller. Thats the Government.

Some of the employees are a little rude, but it's convenient for me. It also needs more operational registers; why have all the self checkouts and they aren't being used. Or contribute to the workforce and hire more cashiers?

Horrible grocery pickup experience. Smashed yogurt cartons, brown goo (chocolate???!! maybe) all over cucumbers and bananas, GREEN oranges, chips packed in bags with heavy items. I will NEVER use this store again.

Well my experience at this location was good, it has excellent customer service
