It's unfortunate that most of the reviews are the same story, or similar situations. Staffing is hard, and the world is in a weird spot, but medical needs are medical needs, so Walgreens should really work to be better, especially this location.
The pharmacy was sent three prescriptions by my surgeon for post-op care, and they decided to only fill one; one was "delayed until tomorrow" but is still unfilled, and the third they just chose to not fill "because it's over the counter."
I like to give people benefit of the doubt, but I sent my wife to pick the OTC option, and not only did the pharmacist give her attitude when she couldn't find it on the shelf, it wasn't even the right need, so now I get to call my doctor and request them to put a new prescription in at an alternative pharmacy, because this Walgreens staff thinks they know better.

Had a horrible experience when trying to pick up my medication. The girl, her name is Jocelyn, at the drive thru window was too bothered to even try a Goodrx coupon i had and shamed me for even trying to give it to her as she said “the total is ONLY $15.” it was so embarrassing to explain to her that to me, a single mother, $15 is not “ONLY $15…” i requested to speak to her manager and she was able to put in the coupon for me to get the medication discounted. I wish the girl could have had better training on customer service skills to avoid this.

I had a wonderful experience at the drive through to pick up my medication around 10:35 pm. Wonderful that they have a 24/7 pharmacy. It was a true blessing! I wish I had gotten the very nice pharmacy tech’s name, but he was awesome and very polite and professional! Will definitely be coming back!

Worst pharmacy and pharmacy employees are useless. No communication. You all act like you are doctors. Mind your business and do your job, filling prescriptions.

Absolutely pathetic and horrible service at this pharmacy! Crystal “the pharmacist” thinks she is God and can hold my wife’s pain medication hostage unless you adhere to her agenda; which included being 2hours late filling a script. They should definitely get back to Walgreens basics on service because I know the company wouldn’t stand for this! It’s hilarious that Crystal said I should find another pharmacy because just read their other reviews…. I guess ALL of their customers should find new pharmacies according to her and what others are saying.
Not to mention they’d rather have a 5yr old address in their system than even attempt to update it. Twice in 1 day they just look at you like you’re dumb when the current address doesn’t match. They’d rather hold your scripts hostage than update the damn address. How hard is this???

Pharmacy tech LeAnn and pharmacy mngr named "My" are the absolute worst employees I have ever encountered. Make sure and ask for actual store manager to make sure your pharmacy request are being followed thru if these 2 individuals are working in the pharmacy. They will hang up on you, try to fill wrong medication and then refuse to give you their names. Walgreens start recording your calls for quality assurance purposes in the pharmacy because those 2 won't have a job any longer if you monitor their calls.

Who was the Hispanic kid working the pharmacy drive up on March the 16th, 2022 at 7 PM?. Somebody needs to teach him some manners. When I pulled up, he barked out 'what is my name' and when I told him I was picking up for someone else, while I was in the middle of a sentence, he barked out 'what is the date of birth' and then when I got my medicines, said absolutely nothing, no thank you, nothing. Rude as anything
Whoever the manager is here needs to have this person terminated.
Get rid of him and hire someone who cares about people.
4-15-2024 pharmacy RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!! Trying to get the status of a back order prescription that they could care less about... I guess they think I'm here to pick up Flintstone vitamins! Kept cutting me off every few seconds.

Worst experience ever! I order online but this store canceled most of my items saying they weren't in stock. I went in and they had more than 50 of the tissues in stock. I asked the manager why didn't they fill my order of 10? She said we don't fill orders if you have more than 4 items. Even though the website doesn't say that.

The store is very variety, but in the evening night the parking lot is very dark. I don't feel comfortable about that.

I booked an online appointment for 2:15 then waited in line for 20 minutes then get told they don’t have any lots to do the testing. Why even have availability to book an appointment. I see why this place is a 2*. I will never in my life visit a Walgreens period.

My recent experience at Walgreens left much to be desired, primarily due to an unpleasant encounter with an employee and an inefficient drive-through system. Despite having two drive-through lanes open, the store could only service one vehicle at a time, resulting in unnecessary delays.
The employee managing the drive-through exhibited a lack of friendliness and customer service, which was disappointing. A positive interaction can greatly contribute to a customer's overall experience, but unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit.
The operational inefficiency of having two open lanes but only servicing one at a time added to the frustration. The purpose of multiple lanes is to expedite service, but in this instance, it seemed counterproductive.
I hope Walgreens takes steps to improve the efficiency of their drive-through system and ensures that their employees prioritize providing a pleasant and courteous experience for customers. It's crucial for businesses to address such issues promptly to maintain the trust and satisfaction of their clientele.

Walked in for some health medicine and instantly the oder of what smelled like black mold hit me and I thought it was the carpet at the entrance but at the pharmacy the smell was just as strong . Should I start wearing my chemical mask when i visit ?

Staff here is usually nice and relatively clean environment however where I have a problem is that every time I come in there is a low inventory of products leaving a lot of holes between products. The pharmacy can get very busy after normal work hours and I occasionally struggle to get my medication either due to out of stock or issues with insurance that they don't communicate with you.

I can always find what I want here. It's my go to place for a variety of items. We were in San Juan Puerto Rico when I needed a pair of sunglasses. They were right down the street from my Marriott hotel!
