There was a specialist I believe by the name of kyle we came in to there looking to get new phones and kyle came over greeted us and he helped us try to figure out what we wanted he was very we’ll mannered and he answered every question and made sure we knew all the info about the device he was outstanding keep up the good work kyle!!!!

I went into this location completely frustrated with getting my replacement phone connected to the Verizon account. It took a bit of time but manager Alyssa and associate Dylan worked until the problem was resolved. Much appreciated their time put into get resolved even after I was not a very nice person at first. Extended my apologies to both before I left the store. Thanks again Alyssa & Dylan!!!

Super service! Associate (Tara??) was super knowledgeable and helpful. Made great suggestions, knew her inventory, fast and easy and best experience with a cellular store in a long time or ever! She is good. Hard working even tho we were there at closing time.
