The manager literally knows nothing about tools, she bought an air hose reel and she stopped working before the month, a spring broke, according to her the tools should not be used outside in truck service that's why she didn't give me a warranty. Could it be that the tool is meant to be kept in bed or never used, lady, you don't know anything, these people should be trained.

Great store and convenient location to me (Pilot Point, TX). Have purchased several gasoline operated tools from them including power washer and tiller and battery operated chain saws. And they service what they sell!!!!!! All work perfect!

Went to northern tool of 35 in Denton to buy a pole saw. The manager Brenda convinced me to buy a “slightly used pole saw” for 10% off. As soon as I got home to test it out the pole saw would not tighten and would slide around. Took it in and got charged a labor charge just after I bought it. Apparently they have it was heavily used since I bought it. They sold me something defective. When I get it returned I don’t get it in the shape of when I dropped it off. Also the store manager is no where to be seen. Terrible store to buy expensive equipment from. Not sure why they would put the knob under ?

I always find amazing deals at northern tool in Denton. The service is always friendly and the staff is very nice and helpful.

FYI: anybody trying to buy a compressorI bought one that cost over $2000.A coper part broke and now northern tools support is saying they don't have those parts they don't sell them. "Be aware".
